The staff was not friendly- particularly the young man that was at the front desk when we checked in - ride!

The room was rather dirty. Lots of stains on couch, lampshade, rugs. The property was in the middle of renovations so floors/walls were torn up and a messy.

Everything was very good. My only suggestion is the toilets are extremely low!

The property is going through a remodel, which overall is a positive, but I didn’t realize they were in mid-remodel. It was kind of creepy to surprisingly see stripped walls and exposed wires. A heads up from staff would have braced us for the scraping sounds the next morning as well.

Very clean & the treadmill worked great in the gym.

Room wasn’t ready when we checked in and the thermostat in the room turned off when out of the room so when we returned it was extremely hot and uncomfortable. The room was noisy the air conditioning unit was noisy hard to sleep

Hotel floor was filthy. No trim on walls. The breakfast was poor. Food was gone within a half hour of breakfast starting.

Garbage on the ground next to the curbing. Potholes on the drive were terrible. Rooms weren't cleaned daily. Bathroom sink bowl was not secure. Had to go to the front desk for clean towels. Almost didn’t get wash cloths.

The Manager offered substandard assistance. Once he observed my I.D. information his demeanor quickly changed. There was only one hotel hostess (pregnant) for the whole establishment which was unavailable when needed. Upon arrival to room we observed that the towels were enough for one person, not four as was delineated at check in. When requested additional towels, the Manager stated that they will be delivered to the room. Hours later I had to go to the front desk, request the towels and pick them up. There were large undisposed garbage bags next to the elevator doors.

Nice hotel

The hotel was very dirty. It seems that the halls and stairs haven’t been vacuumed in at least 1 year. The room carpet was disgusting. Someone had thrown soda or something to the elevator door and it was never cleaned. The only good thing about the location was that it was by the highway so we were able to get out of there pretty quick.

We ended up being stranded in Bradford PA because our vehicle died. We were checked in to this hotel on the spur of the moment and everybody was very helpful and understanding. We had to renew our reservation and stay a second night and again they were very accommodating to be able to keep us in the same room.

The new lobby of this hotel is very nice. The room looked updated and seemed fairly clean, stained carpets/furniture. I did find a water bottle cap that wasn’t ours next to the bed, so I’m not sure how well everything was cleaned. The pool is FREEZING, that was my fault for not reading reviews before booking and my son was the only one that could stand getting in. It took about 10 minutes for hot water in the shower. Halls smelled like pot (or skunk) you decide. Which didn’t bother me until it started coming through our heater every time it turned on - we were traveling with a 3 year old and 5 month old, so semi concerning. I would rate breakfast a 3/10. There was no juice of any kind, the pancake machine was down, no oatmeal in the oatmeal warmer, the eggs were terrible. Really the only edible part of the whole breakfast was the warmed up frozen sausage links. The staff was friendly enough. Can’t expect too much for around $100.

We could hear water draining between the walls when it appeared they were showering above us .

Booked a whirlpool room only to be advised at check in it was not available due to being overbooked. Breakfast not great. Staff behind the counter in very casual attire including a camouflage jacket. Mattress was firm

Unless you’re looking for a dirty, skunk smelling hotel. It’s not for you. All the reviews stated it was clean, staff was friendly and breakfast was great! I’d have to disagree to it all.

i do not ever put a bad review, i spend alot of weekends traveling for sports and i understand that some things are just out of everyone's control! HOWEVER, i will never stay here again... after driving 2.5 hours to get there, arrived hours after check in time our room was not ready, Contruction was being done on ground floor, no restroom was usable, couldn't get into our room! no apologies, I'm sorry for the inconvenience! pool was frigid my children wouldn't even swim in it! awful experience!
