Best spa hotel iv’e been in. Rooms with great view to the alps, high quality of breakfast and diner, welcoming staff who always loves to help and quick and efficient room service. One thing that could have been better it’s the shower in the room, there was only small shower head instead of putting a convenient big shower head or at least another option

Polite and attentive staff and super clean. The pools and spa facilities were also fantastic. Dinner and the service was amazing as well though there is still room for improvement in the buffet breakfast in terms of both quality and variety and choice of foods.

Hello AllIm writing this review only to help the hotel get better, so im going to share the pros and cons. I will start with the positive ones: The breakfast was good, Room was renovated and clean, the bed was comfi, the view was great! I would not go back because of these reasons:1. Spa and therme is supposed to be relaxing and this resort was like mcdonalds of thermes. Soooo many people using the facility! 2. The amenities are limited and outdated3. Spa 3000 was only for hotel members and it had private massage rooms but eventhough i called twice and sent them a email ( which they never responded to) , they never mentioned it and by the time we were there it was fully booked!4. No photo and video rule was very weird!5. The masaage was ok but they dont know how to manage the show. As soon as we got in, they sent us to the rooms without any welcome drinks to relax and ... , The rooms were too bright and the therapist talked to you during the massage which is unprofessional. 6. The dinner was included but it was basically a buffet, out of formality they gave you a menu to order from. The dinner quality was poor7. Free mini bar was basically coke almdudler and juice Lol I would recommend a boutique therme not this commercial one. Unless they change their approach which is highly unlikely because we got the feeling that no one cares no matter what we ask for ...

Everything and more above expectations. A place to relax and enjoy. Amazing pools, saunas and spas. Great rooms, beautiful views and amazing service.

The location is outstanding. It is at the southern part of Langengeld, with mountains view if you took a south facing room. The price includes breakfast and dinner, which with are rich and 4 to 5 stars quality.

Wayyyyyyyy too many people in the Aqua Dome area. Al of the photos on Instagram featured little to no people and the place was a zoo. Not much room to sit in and enjoy the various pools.

Very satisfying stay. Lots of amenities related to the Aqua Dome, particularly the calm Spa 3000 area with exclusive access for hotel guests.

The facilities at Aqua Dome are incredible, a perfect retreat to switch off from the modern world and relax. You are spoilt for choice in the sauna and spa, and the pool is also incredible (and like something from the future). The hotel is also lovely, very homely, with spacious and comfortable rooms and a great team on reception. Staff in the restaurant could be a little more attentive, but other than that, we really can't fault Aqua Dome and we will return for sure! There's also plenty to do in the surrounding area, with lots of ideas and brochures at the hotel reception.

Location and facilities absolutely stunning, however staff at the canteen really let it down. Really struggled with communication and general mood was not great. Evening dinner service lovely food was disappointing really bland and restless. Overall stay was fine I would come back to spa but not the hotel I think it was massively overpriced. Also you’re not allowed to take pictures around the pool which is disappointing as everyone wants to capture the moment spending in domes.

The combination of the half-board, free mini bar and thermal bath is nice and well organized to access the thermal bath. Nevertheless we faced some unexceptionable service problems but at the end they gave us some gifts in return for compensation. In total the stay is worthwhile for minimum 2 nights.

We had a fantastic stay for my 40th birthday. Great and friendly staff, very good food, excellent service. The facilities are truly amazing, and the resort is in the middle of a brilliant landscape. Everything was truly exceptional. Would go back in a heartbeat.
