I think this is the best hotel in Zagreb by far. I have stayed here a few times and it leaves the others i have stayed in way behind in comfort. See you again

The equipment of this hotel is very good. There are bathtab, table, and fridge. There is an ice machine on each floor. The good point for me is SPA's opening hour is from 6am to 10 pm. I often spent in the SPA in the morning and evening.

It was a spacious modern room. Robes, slippers and cookies at check in. Everything was great! It was nice to have pool and gym access.

Great hotel, not so sure if it’s 5 star rating though, maybe a decent 4 star, staff were excellent, shout out to the lady who makes the coffee at the coffee bar she was superb, I would recommend this hotel for sure

The hotel was very nice and clean. Filip at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Also Goran at the restaurant was great. These two really stood out as very good at what they do. They deserve a raise/promotion.

Not my first stay here, so all familiar. Clean, spacious room. My only comment would be that there should be at least 1 free bottle of water in the room, no matter if you are a member of Hilton program or not.

The hotel had a comfortable bed with blockout curtains and all the amenities one would want in a room . It’s a two mike walk to the old town and restaurants but for us it was good to walk back after dinner . One can catch an Uber or tram so convenient I guess . The shower had good force but there was something about it that made the water too hot or cold but worked out regardless . Wish I could have spent time in the jacuzzi and pool which looked inviting and awesome .

I really enjoyed the property location, cleanliness and service. It was very clean and the staff was very approachable and accommodate any requests I made during my stay. I would definitely stay there again.

I lost my vest which was in the closet. I left it when check-out. As soon as i realized it i made a phone call to check it but the hotel's response was too slow and finally they couldn't find it.

We (unfortunately) only spent one night at the DoubleTree, arriving in the evening from the airport and leaving in the morning. It was a lovely stay and we took advantage of the facilities even in the short time we were there. Lovely fitness center with small pool, jacuzzi and saunas were outstanding after a day of travel. The breakfast in the restaurant in the morning was also delicious, and the warm cookie upon arrival wa a special treat. The hotel also was helpful in arraning a transfer for us from the airport, and our driver was both extremely professional, friendly, and interesting to talk to. Overall GREAT!

Everything was perfect apart from a broken toilet brush that had been taped back together. It broke again the first time i went to use it.
For an item so cheap,i cant understand why it wasnt replaced and if it wasn't noticed,im certainty not taking the blame for it.
That aside,ten out of ten
