My booking had me down for a view of a lake from the balcony. There was neither a lake (it was a pond) nor a balcony. The lock on the door was a little suspect; it required some fiddling around before it could be licked and unlocked from both inside and outside the room. Despite that the room was clean and comfortable, and the young staff were very obliging. Overall there were more positives than negatives.

2階のバルコニーのないお部屋に宿泊でしたが、部屋から池が眺められてのんびりした気分が味わえます。スタッフは声掛けをすると快く旅の手配してくれます。場所は大通りから小道に沿って奥にはいったところなので日中でも静かで、また小さなプールがあるので暑い日には助かりました。ナイトマーケットは徒歩で行ける範囲にあります。

Great place with great staff. The pool can get a little crowded but its nice and cool on a hot day. Breakfast options are limited but staff are willing to amend anything to suit.

A wonderful staff and place in Luang Prabang. Perfect beds....

Staffs are very friendly and helpful. It is located inside of the main street where it takes about 15min walk from the night market. Pretty dark walking to hotel even at like 8pm. But there were cool western style pubs nearby as well which was cool.Would stay again if I visit Luang Prabang

We booked 5 nights in Villa Oasis but Hotels.com made a boo-boo with our 1st night booking. They made up for it by giving us a nice hotel (Jasmine Hotel) not far from Villa Oasis. Nevertheless, Villa Oasis is equally fantastic with its very very friendly and polite staff, particularly its manager, Mr Huang. Nothing seems difficult for him to do and he is very obliging too. The room is a good size for a couple and very comfortable too. Wifi was very good. We were served drinks every time when we came back from our outings, which were very welcoming especially during the hot weather.Location-wise, it is within walking distance to the night market and just round the corner to various amenities and a beautiful temple Wat Visoun. Highly Recommended!

The hotel is situated beside a pond and a little oasis away from the busy road. The staff were lovely, helpful and little touches like bringing free watermelon juice whenyiu arrived back in the afternoon really made the place. The new swimming pool was a welcome relief from the heat. Very relaxing place to stay.

This hotel could be very nice if the blankets weren't stained. Also, the bathroom wasn't very good. However, the nightly fee is low, so you can't expect much from it.

A picturesque villa from the outside but inside the room has adequate and outdated furniture. Wifi available and efficient. I like the continental breakfast. I am out after breakfast and returned to the villa after 10pm. Twenty minutes walk to night market. Save environment. No hassle with cab for the staff will help you to flag down a cab. An uneventful stay.

We were told that another hotel would be found for us for 1 night and the other 3 nights would be back here. The hotel we were sent to was one of the best hotels we had stayed in on our SE Asian trip, so was a bit of a disappointment when we came back the next day. The hotel was in a good location and close to the night market and food/bars. The rooms were nice enough but the cleaner must of had days off before we got there, no toilet paper or towels and the shower was luke warm at best.

Was terrible! The staff are terrible and the roons are durty, I coudnt"t recomend this hotel

The staff are not trained the the art of hospitality; language is a problem; they take forever to do anything.

Staff very nice and friendly, but didn't offer many recommendations for places to go. That's OK though, since there were plenty of opportunities to get information. Restaurant "Tropical Idol" was excellent! Breakfast was great, but dinner is excellent. Didn't see many people eat here since it is hidden away, but it has some of the best thai/lao food I have eaten anywhere my trip. Room was good and had ample space, tv, ac all worked great. Just a short walk to all the sightseeing around Luang Prabang, night market, restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.
