The room was cancelled by the time I had arrive in spite of informing them twice in advance that I will reach by 1 am. After lot of struggle managed to get a room but the effort at 1 am in the morning left a bad taste in the mouth.

It’s near Gazipur dump yard stinky and not proper place to stay.Facility at hotel is like oyo room. Self service spirit younger people can live here.No one available on help desk number 6203 . Reception people don't pick the phone.For two guests in a room are provided one glass one small dirty tovel and many more . There is no system of billing at the time of check out but you have to pay every order at the time of delivery like road side Dhaba.

Excellent hotel, service, friendly and courteous staff. The suite was spacious, comfortable, and had the luxury feel. Some maintenance in the room will benefit though. Doors on the shelves below TV bench were askew, tilted.

Only 2 nights so far and my room has been changed three times.. each time room had cockroaches and air-conditioning not working. Need to checkout now.. can not stay

The location is not good . Out of Delhi and difficult to get to city center but silent .the male staff standing at the left side of reception is rude and not welcoming. Rooms are clean and spacious with all amenities. About the breakfast they dont use fresh vegetables or fruit. The watermelon and pineapple juice were rotten and the fresh fruit were tasteless. They put knives in the jam jar so that you take lesser amount! Other things are ok .

The only problem we got is direction of the Hotel Address is Noide but actually is in Ghaizabad .

I stayed at Raddison Blu Towers for 17 nights and totally enjoyed my stay there. The staff was amazing in every department from house keeping to in-room dining. Very professional and well trained I must say. I will definitely be choosing this hotel on my next trip.

The lady hair stylist was not good. She did not do a good job of curling my daughter’s hair. She used a straighter rather than a curling iron. My daughter had washed her hair that morning, but the stylist told her her hair was oily and it was hard to curl. She had to come back to the room and straighten her hair herself to get rid of the bad curling job the stylist did. She should have not had to pay and after seeing what she had done, I decided to do my hair myself. My daughters curl their hair all the time and have never had a problem but we couldn’t get the converter in our room to work.

The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodative. They even brought me a cake on my b'day, it was very touching moment, I love the hotel staff, I really felt home. I would highly recommend people staying in this hotel.

The property is large and there are a great lunch and dinner selection but the staff is overly-nice is an annoying way. Every 5 minutes someone is interrupting you to ask at the lunch or dinner table |Ma'am, is everything alright?" and this is especially annoying if you are there on business and the person you're sitting at the table with is your business partner. Also, the reception desk staff is useless when it comes to ordering you a taxi, which is strange since there is an army of staff just standing around and looking busy.
