The property was very clean in all areas. The front desk check in was easy, but the clerk was not friendly. Did not provide info on breakfast times or wifi information. Provided the door keys only.

The hotel was nice, walking in everything looked upto date. Until we get into the room, the fitted sheets had some stains on them. I went to the front desk and the guy gave me a new sheet to put on but the “queen” size fitted sheet he gave me was half the size of the bed. Unless I was putting it on wrong but it doesn’t take a genius to put on a fitted sheet. I went back down 2more times to exchange the sheets but he kept giving me the wrong size, until the fourth time I went back down, I just asked him for a king size instead and it worked. The alarm clock was set at 7am which was a rude awakening from traveling all day the night befor. There was a few stains on the curtains and the walls but other than that the two nights we stayed was good.Breakfast in the morning was good and we had the pool and spa to ourselves for a few hours which was pretty cool.

Great hotel! Very clean, large comfortable room. The only issue was it is close to railroad tracks & we heard trains come by 3 times throughout the night.

Everything great about this hotel except the smell of our room—WAY too much disinfectant smell. The maids need to change brands. The chemical smell was so strong that I didn’t want to breathe it in. Otherwise, breakfast good, pool and jacuzzi nice, bed and pillows super comfortable.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I booked the place but I was very impressed of quality of our room. We were four people and it was plenty spaced for all of us. I would definitely stay here again.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the room had only a small window looking out on a wall in the corner of the building. It was a bit claustrophobic.

Booked here for our trip back home and the hotel itself is nice enough. Room was spacious and clean. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, but it was one night so not a super big deal. The AC worked, which we were thankful for. When my husband checked in he let them know we have our service dog. He said the lady at the desk was really rude and asked for registration paperwork for my service dog, I was still outside getting my things, or I would have educated her that 1) It’s against the law to ask me for that and 2) there is no registry. Which my husband informed her of. He said she continued to be rude and insinuate that he was just trying to get out of the pet fee. Then my son went to the front desk to ask for 2 extra towels, a blanket for the sleeper couch and a pillow and he said that she was extremely rude to him as well and complained that we were asking for what we needed. There was no pillow in the room for the sleeper, and no extra blanket, and there were only 3 towels in the bathroom. We were very disappointed with the service and the way the front desk treated us. We would not be able to recommend this hotel to anyone and won’t be staying again.

This location has put up solar panels in the parking lot. They are high enough that cars can park under them. With the hot weather here, it’s a bonus to park in the shade.
