Very nice hotel with great rooms, food and environment.

Cannot open the widows in the standard rooms. No go for me in future. Expense restaurant. Very busy so so breakfast

Worst experience in a four star hotel ever. Especially their bar is abysmal. We never received any service when we went in the evenings.

Great little weekend getaway! Everyone was helpful

The room was quite small, however, it was clean and comfortable. As an international traveler, it was annoying to get in touch with the front desk or housekeeping from my room as they didn't offer a telephone. I had to go down to reception every time I needed something. The food was terrible, one of the worst pasta I've had in my life. I highly recommend going elsewhere for dining.

This hotel doesnt deserve 5* nor does it derlserve 4. The hotel itself is in a quiet neighbourhood, but its a pain to get to. The front desk, especially Julia and Alexander, are great with nothing being too much trouble. Selina? On the bar was exceptional but only have one bar tender on a Saturday evening seemed bizarre. The restaurant staff were unable or unwilling to help - a small blonde girl who i think was a supervisor was asked to help and flatly said no, thank goodness for the aforementioned Alexander. The room was what you'd expect and the bed was very comfortable. My only issue with the room was the aircon was far too cold even on the hottest setting but this may have been user error. Really quirky little touches you wouldn't necessarily expect of a Radisson.

Great location and service

Staff were very friendly and their English was impeccable which was good as sadly my Swedish is awful. Lovely, comfortable room and great selection of breakfast option's. Overall a beautiful hotel with lovely staff. ( who also pointed out that there was a free ferry across to the main town)

I had a really uncomfortable altication happpen on my first evening there. I was shouted at threatened and told to leave the hotel as an employee believed I didn’t have a room. I also had the police called before I was then told to apologise before I am allowed to return to my room.

All staff very helpful always smiled. Hotel very clean & Hotel breakfast was the best we’ve ever experienced on any city breaks. The rooftop spa was fantastic with amazing views. Location was great made easy by the great transport links the country has. The little free ferry from the pier at the bottom of the road from the hotel across to the city was a wonderful addition to our weekend break.

Great hotel with everything included. Fast service in the bar and restaurant, breakfast was also very nice, everyone can find what they prefer, tasty coffee and last but not least was the dinner, top quality of food. Highly recommended not only for business purpose but for any kind of accommodation.

We loved the hotel, great place, beatifull rooms, great food, especially the breakfast.

The whole stay was nice. Too overpriced for a very standard room - 2300kr per night and does not include breakfast which you have to pay 300 extra. The spa has no jacuzzi only spa pool (in other words, like a bathtub).

Great place to stay - easy to get to and from via water ferry and bus and very clean and pleasant.

I've been staying at Riverside multiple times in business, and it is always amazing going there. The people are welcoming and the hospitality is beyond great. As a vegan, they go the extra mile to satisfy my wishes which to me feels amazing. I will be back again, and again, and again.

After a small glitch in the check-in - our room had been given to someone else by mistake, but they solved it by guving us a room upgrade which made up for that as far as we are concerned - we made it to our room and enjoyed a comfortable night in comfortable beds, had a fresh start with both a relaxing shower to kick off the day, and then an excellent environmentally conscious breakfast before we slipped out to continue our Gothenburg adventures.

Employees are very kind and friendly. the kind attitude of employees makes stay more comfortable.

Excellent room upgrade with balcony and big bathtub. We were on the same floor as the fun outdoor bar and three jacuzzis. Excellent breakfast. Fun commuter ferry nearby to take to the main city for sight seeing. Wonderful staff.

Good location, good staff, and well-cleaned hotels. The Sauna, pool, and rooftop are a must-visit in the hotel.
