Except of sleeping comforts, the hotel was a massive let down. The checkin process was chaotic, for some reason the staff wanted to keep our passports with them to complete some forms later on. It took a lot to convince them that we are not comfortable leaving our passports behind and they should do whatever they need to do with them there and then. The hotel was kind to offer free 10 min head massage coupons but gave us 1 hour to redeem them -- hence the coupons were a waste. The room was decently sized but the view from the room was horrendous and supposedly we were in an upgraded room -- the best they had. I did request a change in room but no one got back to me with an offer to shift us. The biggest let downs however were the swimming pool and the distance from the beach. The beach is at least 20 minutes away and the walk is through busy roads. Hence was massively disappointed since one comes to goa for the beaches and not to stay indoors. The swimming pool is nothing like they show in their photos. There are no pretty white loungers and is really smal and busy. I remember booking the room with complimentary breakfast, but while check in they said I did not have breakfast included -- it was fine though because we then got to have a lie in. The beds were comfortable and the toiletries were good quality. I went with my partner and would not recommend this hotel if you want to be chilling in the beach.

Restaurant experience can be improved. Same menu everyday makes it little boring for people who stay for longer duration. Room Service needs improvement, its very slow. Rest all, its a perfect hotel and good to go with.

While booking neither the Website nor the Hotel Page mentioned that all the recreational facilities like Health Club/Spa were closed and under maintenance.3. Chose the hotel based on positive reviews but was very disappointed throughout stay.Partner and I got food poisoning when we went to the hotel restaurant. Took 2 hours to check out. Rooms werent adaquately cleaned, and breakfast room was often full, so some people had to stand whilst eating.Never again.

The hotel staff were friendly and very accommodating. The hotel itself was really nice and the beds were comfy. Room service was reasonably priced. If staying for new years, note they have a buffet dinner that begins late and they will charge you in full for it (whether or not you eat it). The hotel staff did go out of their way to ensure that we understood the charge and were really friendly about it. If travelling in and around the hotel during the holiday season, do note that the taxis are expensive and the traffic can be a pain. The hotel taxi service: be sure to confirm the price a few times. We had an unpleasant driver who tried to gauge us & drove away with one of us still inside his vehicle. Bit of a dangerous situation! The front desk was very helpful in dealing with the situation though.

I booked the hotel looking at reviews on sites like trip advisor but I got a surprise once I reached the hotel. The rooms were really small as compared to what was shown on the website and the floors were not very clean. It was difficult to walk bare foot in your own room. The television was not working properly and we had to call the staff 3-4 times to fix it. Though the staff was very courteous and helpful, its just that the facility was not at all at par what I had expected or paid for.

Hotel was a little walk from town and 15 minute walk from beaches but it was away from incessant horn blowing and noise Calangute is a manic town with traffic and shop/stall owners constantly harassing.

Cleanilness of room but wating for better response from service.

Overall had a pleasant stay. We were almost 17 people accommodated in the property. No major complaints, friendly atmosphere, well maintained and a hygienic property.

I went there for 5 Nights with my wife and we enjoyed a lot everything about the hotels specially morning Breakfast and Wifi Internet. Rooms are very well clean and staff are very much cooperative and kind. For us it was a comfortable trip.Free from Noise pollution and free from disturbing elements.. Thanks to Azzure, Goa.

I had a very good stay at Azzure by Speer, Goa. The staff is very helpful and always there to assists. I think the Food is good and same time very Costly. Otherwise good stay at Azzure.

Quality hotel at Great Price!

I never thought this hotel would give so much ambience and comfort. The superior room that I booked was sold out for that day. I was given a MINI- SUITE ROOM which is more expensive than a superior. Breakfast buffet was awesome, Pool, Poolside bar, everything was so perfect and the hotel is very near to candolim, calangute, Baga and Tito's.

Really nice n clean hotel. Too good for the price. Also upgraded us for free. A little expensive but Good food. Upgraded our room without us even asking. The only problem was they did not give us a late check out. Though we checked in at 9.30 pm the prev night.

We were actually expecting too much from this property after reading the reviews but at the end it turned out to a normal property. Room was dirty during check in, if you walked without shoes your feet will turn into darker shades of black. Room was very spacious and decor was cool, although DTH box was just hanging behind the TV. Please see list of Pros and Cons below for this property- Pros- a) Excellent room size and decor b) Buffet breakfast next to 5 star properties c) Food quality excellent d) Excellent mountain view from the pool Cons- a) Nothing to go in 1 km radius, so you need a fit body or some conveyence to move around b) Small pool (and was occupied by group of 6 young men who were playing volley ball and drinking beer inside the pool). No space for 7th (me) guy on both days. c) Room needs to be cleaner d) Limited channels- not all channels from their official list were subscribed Incase you planning to spend time in the resort, then this is definitely a wrong choice. Property is small in size but quite nice looking. If you plan a busy holiday then you might consider to stay here and they will serve you good food and give you decent room.

To be honest this hotel rocks....clean and very neat rooms and bathrooms... bed and quilt is like 5 star property...quiet peaceful...staff is courteous...food is good....hotel location ia like 10 min away from calungute and baga beaches...definately value for money.
