Americas Best Value Inn in Santa Rosa, NM, was a safe and quiet place to stay. The accommodations are not grand or fancy, but the hotel is clean and comes at a very good price. The Inn has washers and dryers if you need them. The room amenities were nice; again, nothing fancy, but everything was in good working order and as an added bonus, there were a LOT of electrical outlets.

This is a great overnighter where everything is provided in a very presentable way. The hotel was quiet, comfortable, and met all my needs in a very convenient way. I stayed here on my way to my destination and on the way returning home. I highly recommend this hotel for the budget traveler traveling solo.

Cleaning staff needs to be invested in. Clean sheets but they were stained. Staff was nice and readily available.

The person who checked us in was very helpful. Our tv didn't work and the nice person came immediately to our room and fixed the problem with the tv. The place appeared very old and dated; however, everything in rhe room worked except the tv

The hotel was resonably price, clean and appeared to be recently remodeled. However, the paint job of the bathroom was horrible.
Breakfast was not desirable.

Pros: Good room, nice bed, comfortable couch, easy access laundry and ice machine
Cons: No ironing board, no box of tissue, slow Wi-Fi internet connections, noises from the freight trains and mediocre breakfast

It was clean in some parts but I did notice a couple of roaches in the room and bathroom and that was on my first night there before I brought any food or drinks. Besides that the staff were really nice and welcoming and parking was easy to navigate, and they respected my no room service option .

The staff was extremely kind and helpful, the rooms were well kept, and the breakfast was great! However, the facility itself looked bad enough from the outside that we almost drove past. The beds were also exceptionally hard.

At the last minute we changed our plans. I looked at the picture and had no problem. Pic of the inside was nice.
The floor however was lumpy to walk over due to it covering wood floors underneath. The a.c. was not what we expected and the noise from it kept us up.

Very, very clean. The bathroom door had no lock, and the air conditioner had trouble cooling down the room. The level of cleanliness made up for it.

It is on route 66 and we like to support those businesses.

The overnight stay was fine. The bed and bathroom were clean. The location is convenient and nearby a major highway. Compared to other ABVI, this one is above the average.

Just a below average hotel. Not the worst but a really tired run down room. The water took 5 min to get warm. Everything just felt old and worn out with obviously a non professional maintaining the place.

Just passing through coming home from Vegas. It did its job. We slept well. Hot Waffles!!!

First the good. The beds were very comfortable and the motel was quiet. The shower was fine. On the less positive side, it was quite expensive for what we got. The front door wasn’t locked it appears and the bathroom door was quite difficult to close all the way. The bathroom sink had a slow drain. There were stickers in the dog pee area and our dogs couldn’t use it. Nice bags, however. Not a bad experience, but for the money, not great.

Very friendly staff. For the price , this stay was good. Nice bed..clean room, Leaky faucet and stopper was missing in the sink. Also our microwave quit working.

Great stopping point for one night on the way to Las Vegas, cannot ask for more. Staff is very friendly, and rooms are clean. Surprisingly very quiet stay as it is right by the highway.

Obviously not a newer motel, but there were updates here and there that made it quite satisfactory for our purpose, which was a good place to rest.
