The rooms have a very strong moldy and musty smell that is overwhelming and probably not healthy. I had to sleep with a face mask on. Every room should have a de-humidifyer to keep this problem at bay. Hotel shows signs of wear that should be fixed. Breakfast was very good however, and service was great.

The staff's attitude, indifference, and the lack of local knowledge was a surprise.Two members, Santosh and Rajubhai had audacity to discuss and whisper and judge the guest which is never seen in other hotels and we have visited a few similar and better hotels. Not usually used to give negative reviews but I thought I must mention this if only so that the individuals mentioned know that guests on the other side of the desk are not stupid and deserve some respect as customers.

A secure hotel. Helpful staff. Hotel is popular amongst auto rickshaws and Uber. Banks situated outside the hotel, to exchange your foreign currency, where you get a better rate.

A good value property, not quite as new/luxurious as ITC. Great breakfast buffet. The bbq by the pool was unexpectedly amazing. The staff definitely goes above and beyond on service.

The hotel is very tired and needs a total refurb. The cost of INR300k per room per night was the same as the Oberoi in Mumbai and very poor value. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Pleasant stay at the Crowne Plaza. Friendly and helpful staff.
Good choice for meals and nice environment.
Only gripe is that there were some conferences/seminars where attendees congregated in the main hotel dining/lounge areas, making a relaxed environment not possible.

Very helpful and accommodating staff. They did everything to make us happy. Nice and clean rooms. Loved food at the hotel in the lobby.

We came to watch the cricket and had to get a very early flight, they were really great getting our room ready early. Also the international buffet is one of the best for variety.

Nice clean hotel. All in good condition. Cleaning is not up up mark. Tables are sticky. Floor and carpet are dusty and sticky as well. Definitely have to wear slippers or shoes in the room. Slippers provided are flimsy.

I was trying to reach out to hotel, they dont have any contact person, different terms of payment was asked for an airport pickup. My foreign national guests arrived and there was no can despite saying three times and the sales person Suraj was so rude and hang on the phone and didnt pickup. Absolute rubbish when it comes to addressing an issue

The reception staff , room service , lobby staff , breakfast buffet service staff , alll excellent . But hotel needs a major interior Retroffiting and refurbishment . The room interiors are not of the level desired . A certain softness and luxurious feel in the interiors is missing . Otherwise location and staff are the best .

Property is out of date and not 5 star accommodation. Customer service and room service are not up to the mark. Rooms had broken bath tub and tiles and not clean as you would expect with 5 star accomodation. Not great stay at all. I would not recommend if you are looking for 5 star accomodation as there are better options available then crown plaza in ahemdabad for sure.

Not 5 Star property. Very lousy service at reception and room service. Not proper food choice. Rooms are not in good state and broken tiles and so forth. If you are looking for 4-5 star property then definitely look elsewhere..

Property is very out of date compare to what they charge for 5 star rate. Its definitely 3 star and not 5 star. Service is very poor in all front starting from reception to room service. Very poor selection of food and fruit when it comes to room service or in restaurant. Overall disappointing stay and wont consider next time when we are in ahmedabad. Very big no.

On first day of the stay when I ask for extra blanket I was given a blanket which was used ,dirty had the blood stain on it, smoking smell which was changed when i asked them to change. There was crochroch in one of the bathroom. Flush of the same bathroom constantly was leaking water that disturbed entire noght sleep. I was quite happy Despite all this as breakfast was very good and the cook was really very friendlyThe most disappointing thing Was the door lock was not working at all we told the frontdesk staff couple of times and they mept on telling that battery is not working or kept on changing the card but the issue was door lock itself. we have to wait 10 to 15 minutes outside daily for 5 days. We told staff couple of times without any resolution despite we reserving the most expensive room of the hotel.
