The front desk was excellent (CJ). The General Manager was efficient and very responsive to requests for help. I will stay here next time I am in Pittsburgh.

The reception staff were so friendly and helpful! It’s hard to find that anymore! The one employee (Robert) was a tremendous help and super kind.

Staff at desk and dining area very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping did not come into our room during our stay ( Thursday - Sunday). We had to call each night for towels, washcloths, toilet paper, and coffee pack. The desk staff delivered these items quickly. Also trash was never emptied

Room was dirty and linen had stains. Bad smell in the halls and room had no hairdryer . Had to ask for a hairdryer at the from desk and didn’t had any available at the time we ask until next day.

The room I picked wasn’t available they said they couldn’t do anything since I booked thru 3rd party so they gave me what they had

I don’t like breakfast buffets because people are nasty. Taking a risk of of who didn’t wash their hands

The location is great ,property is well maintained. Housekeeping could probably do a better job cleaning the showers but other than that Rooms are clean.

Decent place for a one night stay. Rooms was clean, pool cleanliness was okay not the worst I’ve seen. And breakfast was an added bonus

Went for friends bday to Kennywood, stayed one night, room was huge, clean, and the service was excellent.

Property is located on a water front with plenty of shopping and dining options. The hotel itself is clean with supporting staff.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel was well taken care of. Beautiful location. Breakfast was delicious.

All Staff from front desk young ladies(evening & day), the gentleman that cooked breakfast, housekeeping staff and the gentlemen checking the fire alarm system were very polite, nice & helpful. I will be staying here each time I visit Pittsburgh.

Was a lovely hotel with beautiful views.

Property was nice. Clean inside. The dog walking area needed some attention. No poop bags and overflowing trash. We also needed towels after day 1. No one could seem to get us any towels. We opted out of room cleaning due to traveling with service dogs and not wanting them disturbed while we were out. Friendly staff. Very clean inside. Just need a little attention outside in the dog area. The river area is beautiful.

Kat at the front desk was an awesome help. Her customer service was incredible!!

The staff was very friendly and kind.

We had a 2nd floor room with a view of a brick wall. Went to go back to lobby from 2nd floor & elevator didn’t work, called desk & was told “elevator probably overheated!” Next day, still no elevator & night worker didn’t bother telling manager. Not impressed for the amount of money they charge.

Always amazing place to stay

We really loved the room and the view. Being able to walk to restaurants and shopping was a definite plus. The only negative for us was the room was not ready for check-in when we arrived. We waited for almost an hour while the staff finished cleaning the room.

Date of stay 4/25 - 4/26 When I first walked in to check in, I was met with such a warm welcome from the front desk clerk named Madison or Maddie. She was welcoming and so very informative. Staff was kind, friendly and helpful. Room was pretty clean but I found food crumbs on the floor in a few places and I didn’t eat in the room. Overall very nice experience though.

Overall good experience. When we arrived, we had no trash cans or even trash bags in the room. We asked the front desk, and someone came up with towels. When we again asked for trash can or bags, the staff apologized, saying that they just opened this floor this past week (assuming renovations). Someone was supposed to come back, and no one ever did. The room was pretty clean, minus a handful of spots that had dried paint. Microwave wasnt plugged in, but thankfully that was an easy fix. The ice machine on our floor also did not work. Also, not a major issue, but I wish I would have known prior... the previous Hampton we stayed in had smart TVs so no streaming device was necessary. This one did NOT have smart TVs, and I couldnt connect my FireStick to the wifi. We were able to use our phones as a hotspot to connect, but just a heads-up.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The only issue was the furniture in the room. The cabinet where the refrigerator was in the bottom of cabinet was broken and splintered.

Teens on our floor knocking on the door and running. Also there wasn’t an exhaust fan in the bathroom. The Wi-Fi was so bad I never got more than 2 bars
