The Place is excellent with an amenities bar providing Japanese skin care etc. The lobby also have a good view of Okinawa and I would say everything is all good.

Excellent location near monorail and bus station; included parking; great breakfast; well fitted rooms and excellent staff and service. A great reflection of Japanese hospitality.

Centralized location to the main shopping belt in Naha, easy access to airport via bus stop (5mins) or rail (7mins) away. Love the amenities provided by the hotel such as coffee/tea, skin products. Do get the premier room as it so much bigger than the usual jap hotel accomodation. Only con is the pillow, both my wife and I felt that it was way too soft to our liking. Nonetheless, we enjoyed the hotel stay and would love to come back again!

The customer service was top notch and the rooms were comfortable and very clean!

Staff service and location was excellent. The WiFi was very spotty. As a VIP Member, a room with a nice view was requested and the room we got had a terrible view. The staff said we couldn't change rooms because they were fully booked however it was obvious they weren't.

Wonderful place to stay. Excellent customer service , five star. We would highly recommend!

Nice hotel in a decent location. Staff was very friendly despite having weak English. Only real complaint is that the beds were not very comfortable and they only had the hard Japanese-style pillows.

Spacious room. Link to monorail and is a sheltered link bridge. Quality amenities. Nice experience and service during check in and out. Walkable to Ryu Bo departmental store (approx 5 mins) using the correct path.

Customer service is excellent. The rooms are clean and cozy. The location is convenient.

The hotel was quite nice. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was decent size and clean. The only thing I have to say is that the hotel and rooms were quite dark. Needs more lighting. I couldn’t do my makeup or see much. Otherwise everything was great!

my wife and I, met each other in Okinawa, 38 years ago. Naha was our hangout place, after my Duty and School for her. Okinawa had changed. Rihga Royal Gran had served our 36 years anniversary celebration with fond memory from all amenities, Services, Safety and every small little things that you could find it from Home. and More. Thank You.. to all Staff Members that make this memories last a Life Time.

The property was excellent as was the service.

Loved the attentiveness of the staff, they were exceptionally polite and welcoming. Liked our room's complimentary toiletries and tea/coffee. Didn’t like that our room had a peculiar odor, I think it was coming from the carpet, it was like a moldy/urinal smell that would permeate whenever the AC would kick on. I didn't like that we had to pay for parking. It was for mandatory valet parking. As soon as we pulled up, they took our key , gave us a ticket, parked our car, and we had to call everytime to get our car for use. The valet staff was amazing, but I didn't like being charged for a service that should be optional. Overall, because of the attentiveness of the staff, its location, and the esthetics of the hotel, I would most likely stay here again.

We enjoyed staying in this hotel very much. The room is clean and spacious. Great amenities, helpful staffs and great buffet! Location is so convenient.Monorail station, Starbucks, convenient store are nearby. Definitely staying again!

All went well and pleased

We enjoyed each moment in your hotel. The great breakfast let us have energy to start our lovely date. The staff were nice and helpful to assist us. Here is two issues that hope you will improve it. First of all, we should mentioned two children will stay with us when booking in Expedia. The room wasn’t ready no any kids pack, we need to call with front desk to ask to provide it. The bath room have a widow that next to the bed, it will too bright for children sleeping time and we use bathroom at the same time. BTW, it is my second time to stay in your hotel, we will stay at next time when we visit to Okinawa

The hotel was very close to the monorail which made it easy to access Naha. The staff were excellent from the reception greeting to the restaurant. You had the feeling that they were only to willing to help with any questions asked. Every one we came across had a happy disposition and we would not hesitate to stay there again or recommend the hotel to others wishing to visit Okinawa.

We loved everything about this hotel during our 4-night stay in Naha. Connected on the second level is a covered bridge to the Naha Bus Terminal with the Okinawa Prefectural Library, Tourist Information and Naha OPA in the same building and also to the Asahibashi Yui Rail station. Many eating options downstairs and nearby. Loved the fact that we got complimentary valet parking thru Expedia and from the hotel it was an easy access to Highway 58. Morning buffet breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

Excellent showers - authentic Japanese showers; excellent beds and breakfast . Close to running trail and park and near city center just 10 min taxi.
