Staff in the grill was great. Staff at front desk was ok. I was really disappointed when we were told that pool was only open from 4-8 andwoukd be closed the entire following day. Front desk person proceeded to tell me “ you should know that summer in Sweden is only 4 weeks”. Whhhat? First, that’s not true, I’ve been to Sweden many summers and secondly, the pool and water park are indoors!

I have to say, we were disappointed. Wanted to take the kids for swim and night at the hotel. It was in the middle of August and everything was closed down. In the evening, no food available, everything was closed. Just a place where you could get a burger and they closed already 21:00. For the swim, no towels provided, other that from the room. There are no locks in the dressing room lockers, you have to rent one. Everything is an extra cost. Hotel seemed to be quite run down, looking at the elevators, walls, the swimming facility etc. not very nice. There were couple plusses though, room was nice and clean and breakfast was very good. there was everything you can think of to eat in the morning.
