Excellent customer service from the moment we arrived. The young lady that checked us in was very nice with top notch customer service. The staff is always professional and smiling and happy to help with any questions or concerns.The breakfast had a great selection, the hotel and our room was very clean. During check out the young man offered our daughter a kids treat bag. Most highly recommend staying at this Hotel.

Husband and me were on a 2 week vacation to Kingston, On. We stayed in 10 different hotels and the Hampton Inn was the safest, quietist and very clean along with a great breakfast. My key would not work and I had no id so security was called and they followed us up to my room and he let me in the room and I had to show him my id. I stayed in another Hilton hotel in Toronto and they did not follow the same protocol as the Hampton Inn in Winnipeg!

The continental breakfast was not up to standardsfor the Hampton. They had chicken nuggets as the only meat for breakfast and they were not very good.

Quick girl's trip to the City...I had not stayed here before but was very pleased. Very clean, friendly, with a great breakfast included. Love it when rooms have a luggage platform area & large mirror with nearby plugs/outlets outside the bathroom.

The bed was comfortable, The couch was filthy, and the carpet was so musty it bothered my allergies. The bathroom was clean enough, but the toilet didn't work very well, neither did the exhaust fan, Consequently the bathroom stank - so bad that we had to buy an air freshener. Service was great, and the breakfast was a typical Hampton one - excellent!

Check in was quick and efficient. Staff were friendly and courteous. Room 413 was pretty good. Close to the elevator (but not too close). Nice TV, Nice bathroom mirror. Shower was excellent with nice shower head and grab bars. A few nicks and scratches but not bad. Halls were a little grungy but understandable. One elevator was acting up. You couldn't reach the ground floor for a while. Breakfast was pretty good. Hotel is fairly central to services. We will likely stay here again,

Sadly residents of evacuated fire zones forced to reside at local hotels…stress is high for them being displaced causing issues at hotel. Hopefully they can return soon..must be awful to be displaced for such a long time.

Morning breakfast area was not clean and the preparation staff were not clean, did not wipe up food area plus were wearing head phones, never smiled, fruit was rotten and scared. Outside in the morning there was a man laying by the parking lot with his pants half off and past out.
The pool had no towels plus it was so strong with chlorine it hurt our eyes and bodies.

One night stay on the 6th floor. Hallway updated. Have stayed here 2-3 times a year since 2016. Management definitely have maintained this hotel well. However there were a group of young males appear to be evacuees or similar that were guests also that were fighting outside the hotel. They were swearing and looked like gang members.
Have stayed here for years and seeing security at the lobby was definitely new and tells you something is disrupting the peace and quiet of what this property has been known for. Other than that, staff check-in was quick and friendly.

I’ve stayed in many hotels and this is the first time that I was told the next day of my 2 day stay that I needed to contact the front desk to have our room tidied up, towels changed and the bed made. So needless to say to my shock it hadn’t been done when I returned. The hotel had a lot of noise in the halls at all hours from people staying there although the room was fairly soundproof. For the higher price which is what I expect from a Hampton Inn this was way below the standards of others I’ve stayed in. Sadly more comparable to a Motel 6. I won’t stay there again.
