Pool was unavailable. Place was clean though.

The people above us jumped and ran all night long. Even after we complained at the front desk after 11 pm, some of the noise continued. We did not get a good night's sleep, even after a 9 hour drive.

I had a great experience and for once the reviews about a hotel was absolutely true. Room was great and spacious, was customer service was professional and welcoming. I will stay here again when visiting family in Augusta. I hope to reserve the 1 Bedroom suite the next go around.

I love the stay. The cleanliness.The closeness to stores. The quick access to restaurants. My kids love the pool area. I highly recommend this hotel. Me and my family definitely will be staying here when visiting Augusta, Ga. The clerks were very nice. The young man that's in the wheelchair. I forgot his name deserves a raise. Very respectful makes you feel at home. As a man myself he is a motivation and inspiration to me and should be to others. Simply for striving. Keep pushing and God bless you all.

This hotel is in a unique location, in a business area (banks) which makes it quiet and feel secluded. However, it is only minutes to shopping and restaurants. Overall I'd rate the hotel a 90 for condition. It's starting to show a few signs of wear. The only real issue we had was that our room A/C just couldn't keep up in the heat. We ran it constantly at the lowest temperature possible and we still would have liked it a little cooler. The Maintenance Crew looked at it, so I assume it was doing the best it could.

This Home2 was a fine location.
-Beds were comfortable, clean and I slept well
-Neighbors were loud and up until 2am
-Breakfast was great
-Staff was professional and nice! Great!!!
-You must have a car to stay in this area. Plenty of chain food options nearby!
-House phone was broken
-Maybe too many stains on the carpet
-Bathroom/shower was clean but maybe a little dated. Hot water took a while to come up
-TV was clunky
-Have to pay for premium wifi

I can only speak for our room. very cleaned, we were given a handicap room (we are not), the room was spacious with almost a full kitchen (no stove), however there was no table to eat and it had a sofa without coffee table....the toilet seat felt like it was going to break when you stood up.

The facility was awesome, my only concern was that I couldn't access wifi. I contacted the front desk and when I tried to input the information, it didn't work. The message on my laptop kept saying "connected" but I could access the internet. No mater what I tried.

Hotel is quiet. Room was clean upon arrival. Advertise maid service every other day. Four days into stay no maid service in room. No hot water available at 4:45 am for shower on two days.
Amenities in room are like new. Front desk staff are pleasant and courteous.

The location was great, so easy to find. The hotel and our room were most comfortable. The suite was roomy and had all of the amenities we needed. It was so nice to find this great hotel where we and our pups could stay comfortably!

Comfortable stay in a hotel that seems almost new. We’d stay here again. A couple of things worth mentioning: there was a spot on the carpet near the bed that should be cleaned, we were up early and it took FOREVER to get hot water to the shower. Lastly Hilton had signs in the elevator talking about their eco- friendliness including the use of CFL bulbs. LED is far more eco-friendly.

Had to pay three times more than the standard rate a pet fee, for one night, totally ridiculous, I understand it was Masters week, however I was in town for Business, not the Masters and had no choice, this was daylight robbery.

This was our first time staying at a Home 2 hotel. The room had a good amount of space. It was well cleaned. We plan to stay at this hotel again. It has no smoking and no pets. This is excellent for families and for people who suffered with allergies and/or asthma.

Clean, safe, right off the interstate, and was a great price on orbitz for such a highly rated hotel. Have not had their breakfast yet, but the coffee was good!

I usually love this hotel. I reserved a room with a king sized bed and got placed in a room with 2 queens Not as comfortable as I was traveling with my wife.
The shower never got hot and the toilet took forever to refill the tank. 20 minutes plus
The breakfast is good and the lady running the breakfast is always amazing!
