Absolutely wonderful customer service from the entire staff that I came in contact with.

The beds are supremely awful. Lumpy concrete is basically what they feel like. They also allow dogs which we found out by having 2-3 across the hall that barked for 10 solid minutes every time someone entered a room nearby or walked by. Their owner was nice enough to enter their own room a dozen times at 4:00 a.m. while talking in a daytime voice and slamming the door every time. We will never stay here or any Hampton again.

Nobody at the front desk when we arrived. No waters in vending area and mold on one of the pillowcases. Otherwise it was exactly what we needed

My overnight stay way great. From the moment I walked in, the service was top-notch. A special mention goes to Faith at the front desk. She was absolutely awesome! She went above and beyond to make sure my check-in was smooth and quick. Her warm professional attitude really set the tone for the entire visit. The room was comfortable and relaxing and the location was perfect.

The bathroom tub area was not good. Black stain in base of tub and rust around shower fixtures.

I was very impressed! The staff was amazing. Some of the nicest hotel staff I have encountered. The breakfast was good and fresh. The room was clean and had plenty of towels. We will definitely book here again!

Despite the pool being open all day the local Manager took precautions in not allowing anyone in the pool during the day due to the Heat wave at that time...only after 5p.

I enjoyed my stay, staff was professional and friendly and property was clean. Minor improvements as far as shower curtains. The only disappointment was that I booked specifically for the pool due to extreme heat and it was closed 3 out 5 days. Will definitely recommend.

We had to change rooms because the tv wasn’t working. When we changed rooms the toilet didn’t work in our next room but the hotel was full. We want to request a refund.

The room was clean, beds were comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was adequate - not very strong but better than most hotels I've stayed at. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Hotel is in walking distance to many different restaurants and conveniently located to everything. I would definitely stay again

The room was clean but the towel rack came off the door in the bathroom. The morning breakfast was lacking choses. The price for the room did not represent the quality we associate with Hampton inn name or the quality we have to expect from that name. We’ll be hesitant/selective of our next stay at Hampton inn. The one redeeming quality of this stay was very friendly staff.

First, the staff is extremely kind and helpful. The lady that sets up the breakfast in the mornings is amazing and goes above and beyond. In addition, there are plenty of food and shopping options within walking distance. Property was clean inside and out. Would definitely stay here again.

I have a large husband and we reserved a king bed after being apart for weeks (work). They gave away our room and said ‘too bad. Nothing we can do’. We slept in separate double beds. :-(

It was great stay, wonderful customer service, great breakfast, and plenty of space in our room. It would have helped if I was told that no service would be provided in the 2 nights that we stayed. Overall, great stay.
