I didn't like their guest policies for when you wanted to bring guests with you for maybe a day.

I appreciated much the staff of the hotel. Customer oriented service, however, the hotel should hire more english speaking staff. What I did not like, it's a breakfast. The hotel should improve the variety and the quality of offered food and fruits.

Well located, good service from the staff

Room is fine and breakfast was good with different options. Wendy is very nice and did an excellent job in keeping the room clean and organized. Overall the staff is nice and professional. Lot of restaurants around the hotel.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok the scrambled eggs were runny. The surrounding area was full of locals selling tours and you are constantly approached by them. Some can be a little too aggressive. The beach was also not great for swimming in. The water was cloudy.

Room had no running water after checking in and coffee machine and clock alarm were broken or missing parts, huge unfinished abandoned highrise outside my window making the view a bit scary..

Positive: Staff was great and friendly, and hotel location and rooftop terrace was nice. Breakfast was good. They have a Starbucks on the first floor and there’s a convenient little shop across the street to buy snacks and drinks. Negative: we had 6 rooms reserved for 3 nights and the AC didn’t work at all in one of the rooms, and two other rooms had no AC for 2 nights. Temperature in Cartagena is above 90F so it was very frustrating to wake up sweating in the middle of the night. The manager reached out for details and I’m still waiting for a response. Showers aren’t great but good enough for a quick shower. Expect a very nice 3 star hotel. Good luck!

The staff at the hotel are very pleasant and helpful. I got sick and Wendy helped my sister get everything that I needed. The breakfast had great fruit options.

The Air conditioner didn’t work, once we notified they change our room. But, the second room didn’t have hot water. We didn’t notify because only 2 days were left and we didn’t want to spend more time changing rooms.

The hotel was really nice, super clean and the staff were friendly. The pool and pool bar were nice, and had a great view. I would stay here again!

We had to change our room since it was not getting cool and they put us in room that AC worked fine. Other than that all was good.

I tried to check in and was told that my room wasn’t available due to maintenance. The option I was given was to go to another hotel far from the area I needed to be in.

Staff were wonderful. Jorge at the front desk was really helpful and fun. Breakfast had a great range of choices. The hotel is in the center of the commercial retail area of Bocagrande neighborhood -- near cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores.

The hotel is in a good location as it relates to the town center, and the area surrounding it is pretty walkable. This hotel was recommended by a friend, but did not really live up to my standards—we had all the basic requirements to make a cup of tea or coffee, but no cups (there were two disposable cups which were like bathroom/mouthwash cups); though actual cups were requested, they were never bought to the room, as promised. Our view was of a dilapidated building

The staff is always very helpful and pleasant. I enjoyed the rooftop pool and the gym. Also, breakfast had a good selection and housekeeping was polite and accommodating. I thoroughly enjoyed my eleven night stay at Hampton in Cartagena.

The property has very nice staff but the air conditioner was horrible and the bed - absolute dumpster dive - that was the worst bed I’ve slept in and over a decade. If the front door guy, the check in girl and the breakfast guy were not as nice as they were, I would give this place a 1

Room was very humid and bathroom wasn't in great condition. Faucet was leaking and some tiles around the shower were missing

For the all entire stay the air conditioning was not working and I ask for same floor as my brother thy didn’t accomplish anything

I liked the stay, the area is good.
