We had a mix up in reservations and ended up here. We were literally blown away by the kindness and hospitality. The extra touches from the staff and the cleanliness of the room and dining was superb. The live music, s’mores and BBQ was over the top. Seriously will go back!

We stood here in 2021 and was put in a nice clean updated room on level 2. That is why we decided to stay here again. But this time they put us in an outdated room on level 1 that was dirty also had a bad smell and we didnt even want to use the shower. We paid almost $200 for this room which was unacceptable. Not sure why 3 years ago we got a clean updated room and this room we got this time around is not updated. For the price we paid and everything else we Will not be back.

Josh checked us in and he was very polite and calm when he was the only one at check in with a line out the door. 12 folks came in at the same time and he handled it professionally and was very courteous.

Absolutely nothing is too much trouble for the exceptional staff here at Comfort Inn Cheyenne. Sandie is an absolute star and a credit to her profession. You’re lucky to have her, Comfort Inns!
Whatever you do, don’t miss the cookies in the lobby. Be quick, they don’t last long!

The room itself was very clean, nice, sofa bed was very lacking as you could feel the springs through the pad. The A/C was not working, staff was able to fix the issue as the motel was sold out so moving to another room. My BIL & myself got stuck in the elevator for 1/2 hour or more. He has PTSD & clostrophobia so it was very traumatic for him. Staff pryed open the doors and 2 men had to help him out, he is disabled. I stayed with his scooter until the elevator was moved enough to a floor to get out safely. I would stay again but only on the (ground) second floor. The first floor is in the basement so you must take the elevator or park all way around the building. We were unaware of this when we booked the room. The staff was very apologetic and great about our ordeal.

We had to be escorted to the hot tub. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where that happens. We were also asked if we were using the hotel to party cause we’re local. Sad days when you can’t even get a hotel and can’t even enjoy it as a treat for yourselves. 230 on my opinion not worth it checking into hot tubs on Amazon

Staff are fantastic and very friendly. Our room was very clean and smelled clean. Breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast, but coffee was better than most hotels. Only complaint was the area around the hotel did not have a nice grassy area, that we needed for our dog. Pet fee only $20. Would definitely stay again!

The young man who checked us in was very pleasant and extremely helpful. We were very tired and his warm welcome was appreciated.

Very friendly staff at check in! They helped us with a miscommunication between me and my spouse since we accidentally double booked. Room was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious- biscuits and gravy, eggs, waffles! Close to everything!

I was pleasantly surprised with our stay at Comfort Inn. Everything seemed decently new and taken care of. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The view over the hill was awesome. The room was clean, and had everything we needed, even a microwave. All the amenities were great. I have no complaints.

I had sever medical issues while on vacation with my family. I was taken out of our hotel room by ambulance and had to remain at the hospital awaiting surgery for several days. My husband tried to extend our stay here for him and our 2 & 4 yr old girls. They denied him, told him they were all of a sudden full and to look somewhere else because we booked through Expedia. Absolutely ridiculous! Highly would not recommend. The hospital had to get involved to help find them loading that would accommodate them. Would highly recommend the Red Lion! Wonderful place!

Our stay was great, comfortable beds, even the roll away beds were very nice. Breakfast was good, and we loved that they do vreakfast until 10 ejem so many other places stop at 9. The pool area was good, kind of small, but clean and well kept.
