Super Hotel

Used this hotel as a stopover onroute to Serbia. Was very practical since its near the border and had covered garage.

Great stay. Highly recommend.

The location was good for walking the city. The parking garage was very nice although we paid extra to park in the garage. The shower had great pressure and hot water. The beds were fair, but not great. The A/C. could not cool the room in the summer heat making for an uncomfortable night of sleep. The. breakfast was fair, but the eggs were disgusting.

For sleepovers it’s very ok. However it’s missing stuff like a gym which is nice when you are in town for a week.

The man at the reception was not able to give us the same price as we found in the internet. We had to do a reservation in internet standing in front of him to get the better price. Also I think 12 EURO for the parking garage is to much.

The hotel was modern, clean and the rooms were spacious with an own balcony. Hotel is located perfectly just behind the corner from the Cathedral and Dóm tér. Buffet breakfast was typical of what one would expect from these types of hotels. The only small drawback was that the check out was already at 10 a.m. but in all an excellent choice for staying in Szeged.

Excellent hotel for the price. Good location to walk to the city centre, quite modern, clean, bed very comfy and room was quiet, personel very nice, bar 24h open, food in the restaurant was ok for a hotel restaurant. Ticks every box for a good stay.

Shoddily built and not well maintained. Shower drain not draining. Body wash not working. Room carpet dirty with food crumbs.

The staff was friendly and courteous. They were helpful when asked for their advice and options. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone spending time in Szeged.

Close to city centre

The property was fine. The main complaint is my air conditioning did not work. I had to open a window to cool the air, but that also let in considerable noise from the outdoor dining area below.

The hotel is great, centrally located. Rooms are quiet and garage available. The staff is very good and always helpful. WiFi is also perfect.

I booked a 2 bedroom suite for my mom and my brother. The booking was guaranteed according to Hotels.com. Despite of this, they were checked in to an adjacent room type of accommodation with no kitchen and no living area. They were not warned at check in, they just faced with the situation when they entered the room. They went to complain to the receptionist, and after a brief conversation they were compensated with free breakfast, free parking and were placed in a smaller 1 bedroom suite and a regular room. Since my mom is over 80 and needed help, it was not the best situation, but was doable. I would give better ratings for the hotel, if their communication were clear and they told them, that “We are so sorry, but we made a mistake and we gave your room for someone else, but we compensate you with these and these.” The question is still there, how can this happen, but less disappointing. The hotel was nice and clean, location was perfect (walking distance from the hospital where my mom had to go) for them, the parking was convenient and the breakfast was good. Please, improve your communication, and we will be happier next time.

Everything was nice and as business man I appreciate quiet rooms, good parking and breakfast was fine. Only missing in bathroom soap and shampoo, it was empty, no refill!!

Nice modern hotel in the city center. It has some design elements, definitely fancy lighting (but it is a bit dark in the rooms and hard to figure out which switch controls what light). Apart from that, large step-free shower, nicely designed bathrooms. Very clean room, comfy bed (not too soft, not too hard). Staff was friendly, and there is a 24h bar. They also kindly helped me with a restaurant reservation for the night.

Everything was okay, the hotel is very nice, modern. The staff was friendly and polite.

Great location, courteous staff, well appointed rooms. We had a great time.

My stay was very good and for business people this hotel is very convinient. WiFi was very good in room and garage is perfect. The breakfast was also fine. The rooms are quiet and this is what I appreciate very much.

Eigentlich ganz ok. Betten bzw. Matratzen könnten erneuert werden. Frühstücksbüffet war sehr abwechslungsreich und lecker.
