Excellent customer service! I was injured and one of the clerks drove my partner to the pharmacy for free! And all the staffs were hospitable, efficient, respectful and insightful. Definitely i will stay in it again and recommend it to everyone.

Very nice boutique hotel, in a lively and nice part of town, lots of designer shops, staff are very friendly and helpful, from helping book taxis to giving advice on getting around town. Will be staying here next time in Istanbul

I can not say enough about the service I got from this hotel… From the moment my son and I arrived at this hotel we were treated like royalties till we left… We had two rooms and YASMIN the front staff made sure I get the quietest room in the hotel so I can sleep better… She was extremely polite and courteous… ALBERT was the best, he made sure everything in the room is perfect for me… Khali , Emre , Esat and Serhat were extremely polite and nice as well…I highly recommend this hotel…Excellent Staff

Nice hotel in Nisantasi. The room was nice and spacious, but the walls between rooms are almost non-existent so there was a lot of noise coming from neighbouring rooms. Friendly staff.

Staff are perfect and very welcoming

The room was nice however there was a strange smell of old people. It reminded me of the smell of my grandparents. The walls are very thin and I could easily hear the guests from the rooms next to me speaking, coughing, and snoring.

Fabulous staff, fast room service and great location. Luckily was upgraded to a suit. The bed mattress is old and the hotels needs renovation.

Amazing central shopping Hotel. Neat, clean and comfortable. The Stall well organised and quit well friendly. Really recommended for family.

Stayed for 4 nights and spent a fortune. Hotel is perfectly located but worn down and has extremely thin walls. Didn’t sleep properly during my entire stay as I heard everything all the time.

If I could give them 6 stars I would Location is amazing Service , the rooms just amazing It’s one of the nicest gems

The service at this hotel is superb. From the security downstairs all the way to the managers. The little touches are what make the difference in showing how they care - like drinks on check in and check out, and having fresh flowers in the reception area. Rooms are nice enough, I would have liked a tub in the shower but I understand space is a challenge. Toiletries are nice. Mini bar is well stocked. I missed having an outdoor area to enjoy the view. The hotel is on a street with high-end shopping and there's a mall nearby. There's also a large beautiful park nearby. It's a bit of a walk to the Bosphorus but we did it slowly since we don't mind walking.

Emra hospitality was just perfect

This is my second time at the Stay. I love the location, friendly staff and low key luxury. It’s truly a boutique hotel-so don’t expect a big flashy lobby or lots of amenities- but so much attention to detail and great service. I was traveling alone for a medical procedure and I felt very cared for and pampered. The housekeeping team did a wonderful job everyday- special thanks to Nour, Hatijah and their supervisor Tuna. The doormen are all so friendly and helpful often noticing me approach with heavy bags and running to help or offer to deliver to my room so I could keep going. The location is perfect because you are in a very clean, safe and walkable neighborhood with tons of boutiques, cafes and restaurants but still only a short taxi ride to the important sights (visited the Basilica cisterns for the first time and highly recommend). I was lucky it was a holiday so traffic was light. From the Stay I walked 30 minutes to Taxim and then another 30 down Istiklali St to Galata Tower and then the Pera district with great views of the Bosphorus. I loved my room with street view and small balcony but if you are a light sleeper, a back facing room might be quieter. Great city, great people, great hotel. Hope to be back!
