Clean and nicely designed hotel but not personal at all.

Helt ok hotell,

During our long road trip we have visited many hotels. I have to say this one surprised me with two bedrooms connected with twin beds so our boys could also have a good bed. We have seen so many properties that advertise beds but then offer a sofa-bed or roll-out beds. This was certainly great quality beds and we rested well during the night. Very grateful!

This hotel is what you expect it to be: top class, clean, great staff, and good breakfast (although I missed my baked beans!). The downside is that this hotel comes up as a hotel with electric car charging when this isn't really the case. There are 4 chargers that are located behind the hotel that belong to a company and you need a permit to park there. There are 2 22kw chargers with only 2 hour max stay. Parking spots outside the hotel are for permit holders, drop off or for vehicles that are larger than 1.9 metres tall. That leaves the awful parking house that I didn't want to park in because of the bad design. I thought I would lose my wing mirrors if I tried to park there - plus it would cost 200 kronor per day. So, ended up parking offroad close to the hotel and charging in Lund instead, which actually worked out better. To be clear, the car park doesn't belong to Radisson but this could have been a whole lot better.

There is no good connectivity for trasportation. Dinner is not available. If you are completly new to Sweden I will not recommend this hotel.

No minibar or water in the room. Restaurant was often not running for 100%. and only very,very small choice. Afternoon no order options/cappuccino/closed. Staff is slooooowww. Got no upgrade. Breakfast is perfect, good quality and choice. Gym and facillities good. Ambience to stay is just way below a 4* hotel. First time I swapped hotel!! Booked Radison Blue in Malmö and it's a difference between day and night. Sorry, not comming back. Was frequent quest there. Corona regulations were down so thats not an excuse.

The hotel is very good and clean. Staff is very kind. My experience was very good. I have just one suggestion that I would like to share with the hotel manager: I would prefer to have a parking that is offered by the hotel at a cheaper price than the one of the external parking.

Overall a pleasant stay, the hotel meets up to a Radisson standard.

Be aware that the EV charging at the paid parking is only a 16A schuko plug so after a full night our car was only half charged and we had to stop a lot sooner than planned.

Annoying not to have free parking, considering the hotel location was basically an industrial estate. Restaurant was closed but was told we could order delivery. When asked if we could eat it downstairs — we were told no, and had to eat in the room.

This place was the worst. The staff made me wait out in the cold with no one at the desk to open the door I stood for 20 mins freezing my butt off as the staff was nowhere to be found. While there the rooms were freezing. They do not turn on the heat. I complained and they gave me a little heating unit I was still cold. It was ridiculou. I switched rooms thinking this would help I even upgraded to a higher room. No that didn't work room was even colder 2 heaters did nothing. The TV Remote didnt work I had to make 4 trips up and down the elevator the staff was fooling around it seems on the job in the back rooms. I complained to staff they did nothing. They yes'd me and believed their reckless employee over me the customer. The night staff guy late at night should get a raise a nice young gentlemen too good for that hotel the rest of them were terrible. The management there is zero! the place had no customers I can see why. Big 4-5 star farce stay far away! this place is a disgrace to customer service. The breakfast food was not good. The chef was a nice but the food quality the made him make was' good again management this place I give a zero! When I asked for a small credit of $40 for all the time i lost running up and down elevators on a night where I had limited time to watch tv because I had to get up in morning they ruined my evening the staff was too busy doing hanky panky in the back it sure looked like it I left notes, I called I went down 4x no remote issue pathetic!

Excellent hotel with friendly staff ready to help if you need.Clean, quiet and comfortable.The only minus ( at least for me) is the hotel doesn't have a parking and you have to rely on the nearby parking which has the advantage that is close.But the paying machine is a little bit confusing to use.Definitely recommend this hotel!!!

Bra rum men hård säng som brukligt på många hotell. Bra service. Bonus var att den släpkärra vi hade med oss kunde stå parkerad i en låst inhägnad!

Great breakfast buffet, outstanding location, safe and secure, nicely equipped, clean rooms with great ammenities.

Staffs are really friendly and willing to help. For the room, I can hear some noise from the room beside, but it’s not a big deal for me. In total I enjoy the stay!

I didnt like the breakfast on my first day. Although the menu was basically the same for almost all hotels (i.e. common dishes that should have been well taken care of for long time) but it just didnt taste good. Things started to change the next day, not sure why... and it got better every day I stayed. So eventually I liked it. However a few days there were large groups of tourists and it was a bit noisy at breakfast hours... but I guess its the same all over the world, not the hotels to blame. Service was excellent. Restaurant at the hotel was nice. Bicycle rental was awesome except quite often it was in high demand and no bikes available. Room was fine, not spacious but cozy. The only thing Id complain about is the lack of drawers in the room... nowhere to settle my underclothing, socks, and some small gadgets which are not supposed to be hung. Had to keep them in my luggage and went through it every day (I stayed 9 nights this time), not very convenient.

It is showing its age. Small shops nearby but would not recommend going out in the dark. Restaurant food is good, decoration is pretty old.

The hotel itself is very nice, quite new and the staff was always friendly and courteous. Its located in a part of Lund that is only very recently starting to develop so theres almost nothing around it. If you have a car its right by one of the highways going to Malmo so thats convenient but if you are by foot, its a bit out of the way and quite a walk from the actual town of Lund.

Good selection at breakfast, comfy rooms helpful, polite staff. Hotel is about 15 min walk to Lund centre. Taxi cabs in Lund rip you off so best to arrange through reception.
