It was a beautiful hotel, great location, friendly staff. There were 5 of us and we had room to spread out and be comfortable. The (fully stocked) kitchenette was great so we didn’t have to eat out for every meal. My only complaint is that there was no fan to help drown out noises at night.

The location was perfect. The facility was very nice and the staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely consider staying here again for a future trip to NYC.

Like the old building we stayed on the top and it was hot no separate climate control, had to open the windows. But the noise was crazy wloould go back great location

Our stay was AMAZING!!! Location was EXCELLENT for Broadway & Times Square. VERY Central to everything. We could walk almost everywhere we went! Property is CLEAN, convenient, and the staff was GREAT! Very friendly, helpful, and had lots of good answers to our questions on what to do and where to eat nearby. I would totally stay here again & would recommend it to family & friends!!

Amazing! This location is so convenient. If you are able to walk, there is so much to see and do close by. Also the subway is close. For an old building, everything was well maintained. Great shower. Little kitchen with everything you need.

From checkin thru checkout everything was superb. This was my 5th stay this year. And I already have three booked for the first half of 2025. Staff and facility are excellent. The location is perfect. Thanks!

Our stay was pretty good. The hotel was clean and they came and cleaned the room each day. The place is a bit tired. The carpet in our room was so old it was crunchy where the backing has rotted. We weren't in the room much, so it was fine.
It was a decent place to stay. The front desk was efficient in checking us in. They didn't usually greet us when we came back, which was a bit disappointing.
We probably wouldn't stay here again, but not because there was anything really wrong with the hotel, but the street noise was really loud. Our room faced 49th Street and it was hard to sleep and it woke us up in the morning.

This is a great affordable property. I would stay again. It is a little dated and I knew it was a three star beforehand. It's very clean and has comfortable beds and a great kitchenette.

A charming building right in the heart of everything. While the interior may seem outdated, it is better thought of as classic and was in excellent condition, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and extremely efficient.

We enjoyed staying in a small hotel; the staff were all courteous and friendly. We didn’t need extra services such as a spa or work out room, but we had a kitchenette in the room and that was a terrific bonus.

Great hotel near everything you could ask for. Very accessible to reach many attractions and the subway is on the same block. Room was very clean and very comfortable. Someone is always at the desk and provided umbrellas too.

Property has all you need for a short NYC stay. Very clean room, convenient to everything near Broadway and Time Square at a great price. Feels safe. self parking at a good rate a short walk away. We would stay here again .

Location was amazing. The assigned room on the first night was noisy and not remodeled. They allowed a room change and the new room was great. Larger, remodeled and much more quiet.

Lovely hotel and location. Had a 2 bedroom apartment, lovely to have a living room area and kitchen. Rooms slightly dated but plenty of space for 4 adults. Rooms had everything you would require. Slight issue before we had left the uk as I had changed my credit card and they couldn’t take payment for the first night so had threatened to cancel. Call to the hotel sorted it out but signal inside airport was awful so just had to hope booking was secure before our arrival.

My travel partner and I stayed at Radio City Apartments for four nights. We were impressed by the space of the room, the proximity to great restaurants and Times Square and, most of all, the friendliness and helpful attitude of the staff. The price was very budget friendly in light of its Mid-Town location. We would definitely stay here again.

Older, charming hotel option in a great location for walking or quick Uber to all we wanted to do in a weekend! The staff was friendly & attentive- we felt they appreciated us as their guests. The location is a very busy area- so there was a lot of outside noise on the weekend- but we expected that and the positives of the location outweighed that concern.

Great place to stay to enjoy the city.
The studio is quite small but convenient with a kitchen and very clean. Housekeeping everyday, staff all very nice.

I loved everything except the fact that they could have offered body lotion & conditioner. Also, the phone cord wouldn't stay connected to the phone. The little park across the street was great for my service dog. Great area for tourists.

When entering in my room there was pee already in my bathroom and no one stayed in there before arrival. It really made me really disheartened to enter any space and find that because I had to question if someone was in the rest of the space as well.
