This place was nice but a few things to be aware of. It is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. This is something that should be advertised. Also, they do not provide enough towels and toiletry. There office is around the block and you need to stop by every time you need more. They should just leave plenty in the apartment. Also, our entire group were invested with bug bites. that was disappointing and probably needs extra cleaning. Lastly they upcharge for little extras like coffee and snacks. It was not a big charge but for the price per night this is just petty. We run an ABNB and we never add these type of charges.

The staff and the unit were so very nice. Not speaking French, directions to get into the unit were unclear as the unit is not adjacent to the checkin area. The location can’t be beat, and we would definitely stay again!

Beautiful property in the country side for a quiet getaway

Location was amazing

At first the “Tresor”apartment seemed fine, well appointed and the property centrally located. By the smell of fresh wood and design, we could tell it was recently renovated. So far so good. But right before bedtime, I discovered a bedbug crawling on a leg of the kitchen table. We immediately notified reception and once they opened at 9am, staff came to confirm the bedbug and address the problem by steam treating the exposed brick wall. They did not seem surprised at all. However, that very night, we opted to book a room at a hotel in Nîmes for our remaining two days and my only regret is that we didn’t stay here for our entire stay. Upon hurriedly checking out with our two young children to first head to the laundromat to incinerate our luggage and belongings, Marc refunded us the cost of our entire stay with a shrug for our discomfort and inconvenience. Word to wise: the staff know they have a bedbug problem. And unless you want the same, don’t stay here. Choose wisely and choose a differently. Choose Appart’City in Nîmes instead.

Incredible service, great location and wonderful amenities, absolutely recommend staying here if you are in Marseille. The apartment was well equipped, great air conditioning and just a few blocks from the harbor.

We really enjoyed our stay here, however we were advised that there would be a sofa bed but the mattress was never included. Unfortunately this made for an uncomfortable stay and we would have liked to be accommodated for this as promised.

This studio room was amazing! Spacious, friendly staff, peaceful. And air conditioning! As well as fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. I highly recommend mainly due to space and location—just 2 blocks from old port.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable - though we only stayed for a night, having a kitchen available to make your own meals is a convenient option for longer stays. The bathroom was spacious, and included a laundry machine. The couch pulled out into a large, comfortable bed. Overall, quiet, clean and comfortable. Keep in mind there are quite a few stairs to get to the apartment, with no elevator access.

We had a fantastic apartment, big, clean and with everything we needed. The staff was very kind and helpful. The location could’nt be better, close to the old harbour with a lot of restaurants, shops and nice walks. Next time in Marseille will we come back to this place!

The apartment was beautiful. Simple, clean and had all the amenities you require. Great walkable location. Only downside is the window facing the walkway. Very noisy up till 23:30, then sporadic loud noise from passerbys thru the night.

The property was very clean, Eduard was really nice, the only problem is there is NO ELEVATOR and it was really hard to go 3 stories up and down with the suitcases, if you have problems with steps or if you are handicapped this place is NOT for you. The room La Perle has 2 severe problems: 1- there are no blackout draperies only very thin sheers and there is a PUBLIC LIGHT that comes right into your EYES making impossible for anybody to sleep, we hope they fix that for future guests, also the cigarette odor makes us impossible to sleep, my sister did not handle the nicotine well and she was vomiting all night long, they should put smoke alarms or have rooms for smokers and non smokers, because we don't smoke and the odor was terrible. The property is close to the Arab market the Arab area was filthy and very unattractive, do not bother to go there it can be DANGEROUS there.

What a great find in the perfect location! The apartment is wonderfully stocked, fully updated, and very large (for Europe). It is perfectly located a very short distance from the old port with the old town and the newer side the of the port area on each side of the apartment. The staff were very friendly and helpful, not only with the room but also with our Uber driver. The next time I'm in Marseilles, I will definitely stay at this property again.

This apartment is comfortable and well located a short walk from the harbour, so a great base to explore Marseille.

Nice apartment, very clean, great shower and kitchen. Easy to check in/check out. Very friendly staff. A lot of smiles. A great comfy bed. Nice innner garden. Pretty quiet. High ceilings. Lot of space. Negative: we couldn't figure out how to use the induction cooking top. Needs instructions. They are charging 50 cents for nespresso cups. No napkins, paper towel. No hand soap in the kitchen. 1st foor means a stairs no elevator. Not suitable for handicapped. Cannot park the car nearby. A lot of traffic narrow road. Safe parking located 15 min walk from the hotel.

Great property with modern appliances. Remember to close the shutters at night as there are no black-out curtains.
