I love almost everything about this hotel. It has a beautiful wellness centre, a great gym, a very good restaurant and a really comfortable, funky lobby. It’s in a wonderful location across from the train station and a short stroll to all the shops and restaurants. The staff are great…friendly, helpful and very professional. Daily room service was not great. Used drinking glasses were never removed, no tissues, bathroom counters not cleaned. Also, lack of storage is a problem. The rooms seem newly renovated but they did not add any shelving or room for toiletries. However, I would highly recommend this hotel. It’s close to perfect. I will stay there again when i visit family in Arnhem.

I went to Arnhem after visiting Amsterdam, The Hague and Delft. I needed to go there to see the John Frost Bridge (made famous in the 1977 movie, "A Bridge Too Far"). I was happy to see this hotel was across from the train station and less than one mile from the bridge. Lots of food choices and shops close by. One of the more unique hotels. Award winning bathroom on the 5th Floor!! Great people, nice rooms and an amazing breakfast. Ask to see the bathroom on the 5th Floor--it's award winning.

This was a really cool property. The rooms are upscale and chic, the hotel has this whole classy feel to it, and even the elevators are uniquely great. The bed and room was extra comfy and upscale, but the only downside is that the rooms are VERY tiny. I had a large suitcase with me and had to put it up on the bed in order to open it. Outside of that, everything was fantastic through and through. This is in a great location, directly next to Arnhem Centraal and across the way from Silk, a fanastic all you can eat Sushi place. Highly suggest considering this property as a place to stay.

Very nice hotel to stay in Arnhem. If you like a kind of Heritage hotel, I recommend Hotel Haarhuis. Very good breakfast also. This is a hotel of my choice if i have chance to be back to Arnhem again!

The was one of my favorite hotels on a 3 week ride following the entire Rhine River. It was a total surprise, and punched way above its weight for small city. I want rot visit again!

My stay here was not good and I found myself unappreciated as a guest. I was threatened with a fine of 150 EUR for smoking in the room although I booked the superior deluxe room with balcony where there was even an ashtray. The room was dusty and disorganized, the TV was not bright enough, on request the staff needed 2 days to tell me that the TV settings are not changeable. So either the TV or the view falls flat as the curtains have to be drawn to see anything at all. Finally, after my 4 night stay in the room and change to another, I was told that if I left the room like that again, I would not be welcome in this hotel. Thereupon I rather kept my mouth shut and did not say how underground their service actually is and that you have to go so not with customers, someone not welcome should be the last choice of the hotel, especially with well-off guests who often travel.

Very nice place to stay in Arnhem, conveniently located next to the rail station. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Good restaurant and helpful staff. The hotel works with a taxi driver which is also very friendly. I will not hesitate to book the same hotel if I need to return in Arnhem.

When I checked in I got upgraded to a nicer room. The room was big and gorgeous. The bed was comfortable and the room design left nothing else to wish for. My only complaints are the noise that woke me up at around 03-04 both nights and kept me awake until around 06 and the stains in the toilet.

I ordered a single room, and was very pleasantly surprised by the queen sized bed, supersized TV, and . The TV not only had the standard quite of Dutch / German / English / French programs, but had the capability for my laptop to "cast" films and videos from my laptop onto the big screen. Hotel Haarhuis is right across the street from Arnhem central rail station, and one block down from a transit center that has buses and "trolleybuses" (which in parts of the US are called "trackless trolleys"). In the same area is the historic area of the city, with many historical sites related to Operation Market Garden in WWII, and much older Dutch historical sites. This is also where one can find dozens of restaurants and stores. The hotel makes an excellent base of operations for exploring Arnhem, a very underrated Dutch city. Room was spotlessly clean, and the shower water was consistently hot. The clerks at the front desk were always cheerful, kind, and helpful. No problem at all for English speakers. When I booked the hotel, it seemed like a satisfactory budget hotel with a convenient location. It turned out to be a luxury hotel in every aspect (except cost!) My only regret was that I did not design my trip to stay longer at the Hotel Haarhuis .

Super convenient location to go into the city and see the sites. Close to the transport hub. And excellent service/staff.

Stayed in a spacious and comfortable standard loft, that was clean, decorated very nicely and had a view of the city. I found the staff to be very friendly and professional. Breakfast was delicious. Parking in a tiny parking lot at the back of the building is available for €16. No issues at check-in or check-out.

Booked a single bedroom and had my worst night for a long time- room was boiling hot- single bed was a pain to sleep trying to not fall out all night. Plus parties on the same floor.

Hotel is located across the Central Station in Arhem, easy parking, easy access to all city center. Hotel is cozy, clean and comfortable, we had a great time.

The location was unbeatable--steps from Central Station. Nice restaurant attached. The property is being renovated in some areas but our room was clean, beautiful and well appointed. Luxurious towels, linens, bathrobe, slippers along with well chosen decor made for a peaceful and comfortable stay. Kitchenette was well designed and had everything we needed for a 9 day stay that we extended to 12. The shower was large and beautiful. The large deep bathtub was a treat in the Netherlands! A well designed hotel room with amazing views out over the city. The staff (front desk and housekeeping) was extremely friendly and welcoming but also respectful and responsive to any questions or needs. Wifi excellent. This hotel was able to offer everything one would expect from a higher-end hotel without feeling 'corporate'. Top-rated experience!

Overall it was an amazing stay.A bit tight for four people with bags in that room, but we managed. If it had a sleeper couch that could easily open and close when needed that would have been better. Two single beds were placed together which made moving around tricky. Fantastic position with fantastic staff.
