We enjoyed staying at the Iron Horse Inn. Our room was clean, tastefully decorated and the location was excellent, right downtown Cottonwood!

Our email prior to checking in said that we had paid already, since we had made these arrangements months ago, we really didn’t remember if we did . When we went to check our email, the clerk at the hotel was very rude - saying that the email just said that because we held our room with our credit card and that she wasn’t charging us twice. I didn’t appreciate her tone.
I think, first that the email should not have said paid, and maybe should say pending.
The other issue I had was that someone tried to use a key to open my door while I was inside my room! I opened the door and they had already walked back down the stairs. I told the desk clerk and she brushed it off.
I’m not sure if I would recommend this place.

This was our first time in Cottonwood and loved this place....the bed was amazing, the rooms was super cute and clean...the shower had water pressure like a true massage...and the location right in old town was fantastic. Would recommend especially for the great price and again clean and comfy, the mini fridge and microwave is always a bonus and parking was a breeze.

Very cute little inn in the middle of Old Town Cottonwood. Everyone we encountered at the inn and in Cottonwood were friendly, including the inn staff, fellow guests and townspeople. We’d love to go back sometime. Do know that the rooms are a little small and cozy. You have everything you need though.

Celebrating a birthday. It was one of the nicest places we have stayed. Perfect for being in the heart of historic Cottonwood. The staff was great. I would recommend anyone to stay here. We will be back again.

Fun place! Old town Cottonwood. Can walk to restaurants and shopping. Cute room, we had a queen room, not large but very nice. Would stay there again. They had a coffee room, with coffee, tea , Etc. My husband said coffee was good. We eat at the Colt Grill for dinner, awesome brisket. Had breakfast at the Red Rooster, very good, even had gluten free toast for me. The sausage patties were home made, not the pre-made stuff. They has home made stawberry jam, very good.

This property is so cute. It definitely complements and is complimented by Old Town Cottonwood. The rooms are small but cozy and comfortable. Have coffee outside on the patio. Such a treat.

Perfect spot in downtown Cottonwood to enjoy all the food and drink options on our visit. My daughter and I were perfectly comfortable in the two twin unit. Cozy and quaint in this historic town.

Although it was quite hot, the a/c in the unit and ceiling fan kept the room quite comfortable. Wi-Fi and tv performed well. Appreciated the fridge and unlimited coffee in the morning. We always use the 10% discount at breakfast and loved our waiter at the Red Rooster.

Great older hotel in the heart of Downtown Cottonwood. Nice courtyard and in walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again on our next visit to Cottonwood. Front desk was very helpful getting us checked in over the phone as we were arriving late. If you are wanting a large room/bathroom this is not the place to stay.

My room was very small. Twin beds. Barely any space to walk around. But the room was renovated and cute. Hotel and town had really nice, charming and historic vibe. Staying here again

Thank you for an enjoyable experience! Super clean rooms and modern. I had my doubts, older place and all, but this place squashed all doubts. I would drive out of my way to stay there again. Fantastic.

Easy access from back parking lot. Lovely patio with fountain. The STARBUCKS coffee machine was an added delight. They even had the needed corkscrew in the room. Quiet & comfortable. This inn is right near everything in Cottonwood.

Quaint old hotel right in the middle of Main Street with restaurants, winery tasting rooms and shops. The rooms are fresh and updated. Cold a/c and comfortable beds. Nice patio/courtyard. Will def stay again!

Check in was great. Room was comfortable and liked the option of having two single beds. Smaller room was perfect for one person. Water bottles were provided in room which was much needed for a hot day. Only wish they would have had drinking cups.
