I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Amanda at the front desk was so kind and helpful. She went out of her way twice to assist me during my stay. She provided the best customer service that I have ever experienced at a hotel. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Amanda. Great view. Great room. Great breakfast. Everything was perfect.

Fantastic and comfortable stay. Humble House is in a great location with shopping and dining right outside your door. Area is near Taipei 101 and all the shopping malls and tons of food options. Two metro lines within a few blocks and only a few stops to the Taipei Main station. Our room was quiet and comfortable. Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful.

I brought my mother here with her friend for 10 days for her birthday. Some reviews made us nervous with regards to the professionalism of the staff, but I have to say our experience was the complete opposite of many of the bad reviews. Upon arrival, the staff was welcoming and inviting. They were also very accommodating. We had a 16 hour direct flight from NY and were offered early check-in and we were also given the option for late check out. Bonus points for us. The front desk staff greeted us every single time they saw us and made sure to inquire if there was anything we needed. They were able to guide us with how to set up tours (tour booklet provided) and where the best points of interests would be. My mother's friend is Taiwanese, and she was highly impressed with the hotel staff. We had the deluxe twin room for my mom and myself. Admittedly, it was small. We had 2 large suitcases and 2 small carry-ons and could not have both large suitcases open at the same time. This was actually our only gripe about the room. We usually check for square footage but could not find any on the room we chose. The shower did have a musty/moldy odor, but it's a humid country. That's to be expected. Our reservation came with breakfast. The choices were not extensive, however, everything was fresh and the options they did have were delicious. We are not rewards members but our treatmeant was 5 star!! Already looking to book our next trip at the hotel! 😁

Everything is great!

Location is great, right in the centre of the shopping and happening place. Great view of 101 from the swimming pool. Wish the room is slightly bigger and with a bathtub. Very helpful front desk!

Cold n poor service

The staff were very professional and quick to any requests I made. The rooms were well-maintained and clean as well. Housekeeping was available anytime until even late at night. So it was convenient when I had to work from the hotel room the whole day.

The hotel is clean and beautiful inside and the location is amazing. Unfortunately the hotel had lots of minor issues that added up and made it hard to enjoy the stay. One of the main things was that there was no way to adjust the temperature in the room. While there was a thermostat in the room, when adjusting the temperature would never change from 24 degrees Celsius, which is much hotter then I’m accustomed to and made it difficult to sleep. I brought it up twice and they had maintenance and room service come check but said it’s a central air system that can’t deviate from that set temperature, not that the AC was broken in my room. Other small things like upon arrival the shower drain seemed clogged and water/soap would collect quickly when showering. For the price of the hotel and how it looks these are some things I didn’t expect to deal with. Best part about the hotel is the location, there are a million things to do within a 5 minute walk.

Great looking hotel with location and hospitality to match .. exceptional service from Amanda on the reception .. thoroughly recommend this hotel if Taipei centre and its attractions are important .. 5 minutes from MTR metro , outdoor pool , spa , good breakfast

a lovely hotel . had a couple of issues in that when i arrived the room that was given to me was being sprayed for insects. when i showed them my room card they left and told me it was house cleaning , however once i was inside the room i started to get a headache and feel sick and you could smell the insect spray . i spoke to reception and they gave a couple of welcome drinks . strangely the welcome drinks only included juice , beer or tea coffee etc, not the cocktails we had assumed . the swimming pool is lovely however they need to replace the tiles that are falling off to maintain it . overall this is a lovely property which is very convenient for taipei 101, shops, and various sites . i would recommend this hotel

Fabulous all around. Terrific staff and concierge service. Room and bathroom is clean and modern. They even had outlets for US plugs in the bathroom and bed area, along with the local sockets.

This is the second time I stay in this hotel. Check-in is smooth, room is good and big enough, the only shortcoming is the table at bathroom is too small. Shower is good. I took breakfast in hotel for 2 days, breakfast time officially is till 10:00, but the restaurant started to take away the food at 09:45, i think this is not good, it is quite embarrassed that even there is food but they took away the tableware. I think the hotel should rectify this. And the staffs in this hotel should give more smile since I feel the staffs in general are not enthusiastic.

It was a beautiful room with a huge comfy bed, and nice (Japanese style) toilet and shower. The room had a lovely view out to the south looking across the mountains and it had a easy to use, substantial pool with great views on the roof. They also have a nice bar/restaurant with indoor and outdoor areas that had good food and attentive service. I loved the mountain mural by the lift lobbies!

Unbeatable location. Room design and staff is great. Only area of improvement is need to have charger/outlets on both sides of the bed.
