The only thing I want to complain is the matress. It’s too soft which makes my back hurt. I have to go to my car to sleep at 5:30 am. I don’t recommend going to this hotel if you don’t like the soft mattress.

We weren’t told the pool wasn’t working at check in. It wasn’t until we asked about the pool after an hour that we were told it was “broken” due to weather damage that had happened a month before we arrived. We have family near by and had asked about the “storm.” The room was dirty. We asked for the room to be cleaned 2 days in a row and by the 3rd day we finally got new towels, no new soap, no bed made, no spot to take our own garbage out. While I understand if there’s limited staff….communication about services to your customers would benefit their stay greatly. We ended up spending more money finding things to do while there other than what was initially planned which was family time relaxing at the pool and in the room while using the BBQ that I never did see. Pictures of this place upon booking do NOT match the conditions you stay in.

The staff was excellent, the room was basic, but clean, the bed was very comfortable. It was a little noisy from other people staying there but the one thing that I really did not like was the pool, it was not clean at all. It was so dirty with algae and dirt that I didn't even risk going in. With 115° temperatures, it was a disappointment. Other than that, the facility and room was fine.

Returning after 5 years we were very disappointed. The property has fallen apart. The pool was not maintained. The jacuzzi was broken. The quality of the other guest was very poor with no manners. The breakfast was not as it used to be. The food provided was not fresh and there was no service. On the other hand, the room was clean, the shower was fantastic, the bed was comfortable, and it was very quiet. Great for a short stay but not for much longer. The friendly front desk staff insured us that the property will undergo an renovation within the next half year. We are looking forward to check it out because we like the facility and location for visiting the Joshua Tree National Park.

Absolutely love this place! This is our new favorite place to stay when going to Joshua Tree. Their staff is friendly well knowledgeable super helpful and they go above their call of duty. Thank you to all their staff for everything they do!!

My second time staying here while visiting Joshua Tree and I will definitely keep coming back for the breakfast!haha Great Breakfast and plus there location in regards to the North entrance of Joshua tree national park is also great.

Front desk girl was rude because we interrupted her smoke outside, told us room wasn't ready 25min before 3pm checkin and the place was empty, pigeon feathers and poop all over the stairwells, pool area was disgustingly bad, ice machine has a hole on top with pigeon spikes on top, can't see the bottom of the pool water from scum, room was so hot with AC full blast we had to use a box fan

The front desk Makayla was so nice and friendly. She made our stay even more worth it as she helped us do much.

Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Good size swimming pool. Not far from Joshua Tree national park.

The staff and the room was excellent. couldn't ask for friendlier staff more than hospitable. Would recommend staying there to absolutely everyone

Great Stay

Breakfast was good. In the bathroom the body wash was not filled. The bathroom door was not locking. Service was good. Dawn helped us at front desk and service was good. The facility maintenance can be better.

Poor WiFi

Older Hotel. Shows signs of wear. However, staff was kind and helpful, the room was clean, the breakfast was adequate and the cost was reasonable. I would stay there again if I was back in this area.

We spent a week in the hotel and booked a suite with a kitchenette. There was no dishes or anything to be able to use the kitchenette. We had to go and buy supplies so we could at least make some small meals. Apparently you also have to tell them if you want your room cleaned! We had the first "cleaning" service 3 days after arrival and apparently emptying the trash counts as cleaning. The next time we got a cleaning service they vacuumed and emptied the trash. The day after we asked for a toilet brush, so we could clean the toilet. The TV didn't work until 4 days in.I would not recommend this hotel! The only highlights were the front desk staff and the ladies at breakfast! Shout out to Makayla! The hotel is old and tired

Kids were very disappointed that the pool was not open, I would have booked elsewhere. It took waaay too long to find the ice machine and our key stopped working before we made it to our room.

When we first arrived the night staff did not know where our room was located. We were told it's around the corner. We spent 15 minutes driving and walking around the hotel grounds like if it were a scavenger hunt looking for our room at 1230am. Then not to mention no elevators and the stairways to the second floor were covered in bird poop and feathers. The door handles to the hallways were also covered in bird poop, pretty disgustingto open the door to the hallway. When we finaly found our room it was stuffy, carpet looked so dirty and the sofa sleeper had visible stains all over and no bed sheets. We had to call the front desk from our cell phone because the room phone was also not working. The next day we got locked out of our room because key cards werent working. Went to the front desk after a long day and waited 40 minutes to get the key card working again. At this point its 1am, we're tired and the person at the front desk had to call for help on instructions on how to fix the card reader. It waa our first stay here and we were hoping it would be desecent since have frineds here in 29palms. We will absolutely never stay here again. We had reservations for 4th of July weekend that we canceled immediately. Will gladly pay extra money for a clean hotel property and room with working key cards.

Customer service was very pleasant and kind! Beautiful smiles from all the employees we encountered!

They had pigeon poop and pigeons in the stairway and hall. The staff in the morning bwas nice but our take in staff not the best.

There were bugs in my room the ppol was inhabitable and the hot tub was non existant

Basic hotel for a decent price near Joshua Tree.

Really nice place

There was a family above us that made noise until the middle of the night, running, stomping and jumping. When we asked the front desk to help alleviate the problem, they called twice but still the noise continued, making getting a good night's rest nearly impossible.

Parking and breakfast was free, but our toilet was not working and the hotel couldnt fix the issue. Lady at the reception was really nice.

Ice machine and hot tub broken, no eta for repair. Kitchenette with no dishes or pans.

Towels were stained and worn thin. Room was clean, but common areas were rather dirty.

overall stay was good, was peaceful and quiet and the free breakfast was pretty good

Closed the breakfast early. Apparently the "cook" wants to be finished with the clean up a few minutes before closing and lock the door before 9am. Didn't even get an " I'm sorry" from the cook, just insisted that her watch said 9am. Outside wasn't bad but the inside needs work.
