I would suggest posting a designated smoking area away from the building. People smoked on the sidewalk right outside their rooms .

The very good quality and cleanliness of the room and building surpassed what I expected for the inexpensive price. The service was friendly, informed and happy to share information about the area.

We liked the ease of access and proximity to the 401.

Great place for an individual traveller just needing a bed, tv and place to shower. WiFi great too.

The room was perfect and most importantly very clean.

Reasonably priced and conveniently located right off the freeway. Building is a little dated but the rooms were nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. I would stay there again.

Spacious room with a king size bed. The refrigerator and freezer compartment was a little larger than is usual in a hotel room, which could be useful if one is staying several days. Staff were friendly and the internet service was good. I would definitely stay there again.

Was in town for a geocaching event. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. We were only there to sleep and didn’t spend a lot of time in the room. It served our needs perfectly.

Suitable for our overnight stay.

It's a road side hotel/motel, clean, honest, nice owners. We visited as a family with kids 8 and 11. We had a room on the second floor at the back. No escalator. For the price, the room was good and clean. We had silent neighbors. Lucky!

We had a very comfortable stay.

The room was dirty. Dust, cobwebs and bugs everywhere. We booked (and paid) for 3 people but were only provided with 2 sets of towels and when I asked for more I was told there were 3. I reiterated there were only 2 and was given one, singular extra towel (no extra hand towel or cloth). The pull on the drapes was so dirty and sticky, I had to wash my hands after touching it. The radiator in the washroom was covered in hair and dirt. Attention to detail when cleaning was lacking. Owners seemed nice enough but cleanliness matters and the lack of it tarnished our stay.

The location is very convenient to make a stop for resting, close to restaurants, very clean and the stuff is very kind.

It was a good price for a nice room.As I came by train, downtown restaurants were farther than I first thought. Napanee is a really great place I walked downtown and took a taxi back.

Staff not friendly or polite never answer phone And very hard to understand their English When I asked to extend check out for another hour, they want me to repay for a whole day. They said they were booked solid that they needed to clean the room but once I paid for a whole day and we stayed the whole day they still had lots of room so not very
