Everything was really good, except the shower was pretty poor... Barely a sprinkle.

The staff went out of their way to make our trip delightful. They were always friendly and smiling. Helped out where they could to their utmost ability. Our rooms were cleaned every day and were immaculate. The food is really good quality and a fair choice range. The outside is clean and cared after. All in all a very good relaxing trip with good service that made it so much more enjoyable. Wish I could have stay longer and would definitely come back. Well done staff!

Quiet, clean, friendly, good room size, a little tired but makes the most of what it is. Doing well considering the difficult times on the island in the last year. Local staff are knowledgeable about the island and are always willing to help or chat.

Couldn’t fault thus place - we had s room with a secluded private pool Great location for the bar and restaurant right in the beach - we atr there every night. Staff were fun and a real beerpong table Like s lot of the places around it the place is a bit dated and needs s cost of paint but other than that it’s fine. Location is a bit out of town along the busy main road but the is a route along the beach as well

wonderfull ,right on the beach,good food and service ,great bed most enjoyable stay.

The place was okay, the bathroom have some smell, also the first night we stay, we had a mouse get into the bathroom from the toilet. However the staff was great, the food and the view is perfect. If you can deal with the small problem, and you will have a great time there.

We had a balcony with view on the beach. Cosy little garden with a deep pool next to the beach. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was maybe not the most modern but everything was there and worked perfectly. Only the airconditioning was leaking from time to time. It’s very cosy. We had an awesome stay.

its are pleasant stay in the hotel, and it will be batter if the management can consider to improve few area such as light in the room, shower pressure and safety in pool area such as concrete crash with rebar pointing out.

It was a great stay at Sunsethouse Hotel, the staff were so friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we only stayed a night and unable to enjoy the sea view and the facilities. I definitely will recommend this hotel to my friends who are planning travel to Lombok in future. Thanks for the great service.

Nice hotel although would have been better off booking a pool room for the cheaper price the veiw was blocked by trees Breakfast was less than average hotel is overpriced is not worth the price

Great pool and outlook for good price. We stayed in the cheap rooms on the other side of the road. People are not joking when they say it is an extremely busy road. However the hotel security guards stop traffic to help you across every time.

We popped in for just one night before heading on our Rinjani trek. The service was impeccable and they were willing to hold our luggage even though we checked in a few hours early, they gave us two separate welcoming drinks, and packed us breakfast boxes with toast & jam, a boiled egg, heaps of fresh fruit since we were leaving at 5AM for the trek and would miss the included breakfast. The 'standard' rooms are in a compound across from the main building but that didn't bother us. The room was average, comfortable bed. Quiet. Wifi was a disaster though - but we went a few blocks down to a cafe during the afternoon and were able to get consistent wifi there. We didn't get a chance to really enjoy Senggigi beach but it was very close from our fast boat's (Mahi-Mahi) drop off point, just a 10-min drive.

The bed is of poor condition and there is sound when u turn your body in the middle of the night. Also, the bed sheer is smelly. The staff didnt refill the tissue paper, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner when they make up the room. Also they only give one towel which we have to call and ask for an additional one.The good point is The staff is friendly.

Good location, nice staff, superb bed, clean bathroom, beautiful pool by the sea, wonderfull buffet breakfast.

Room was nice and was clean, toiletries provided as well 2 bottles of water daily. Room had an empty fridge which is useful as you can go to Indomart across the street and fill it with goodies. Wi-fi in the room was non existent but works fine in the reception and pool area. Really great staff.

Our stay at sunset house was dampened by the constant hassle from locals walking by the beach or waiting at the front of the hotel.

Our room was right opposite the pool that was very convenient for a swim at anytime. Massages near room were very enjoyable. A great place to relax.
