I was on a business trip and the only reason why I booked there was because it was closer to an IT company that I was visiting and the rating on hotels.com was good. My stay at this hotel was nothing better than 'TERRIBLE'. This was the worst experience ever till date and I am not going there again. 1. No-Hygiene: The bathroom smelled terrible. Probably public urinals smell better. 2. Poorly Maintained: They know there are several repairs and maintenance needed but they just don't care. (A few to mention - As I sat in the chair, the seat cushion did slide out completely and I fell down, I asked for an ironing board and they gave me a rusty one with dirt and grease stains. I asked for a replacement and I got nothing better. On expressing my concerns with it, the staff told me that they don't have any that's better and they added that they have ordered new ones and there was a delay in arrival. Come on! Don't cook up a story that even a child cannot believe in) 3. Unprofessional: They are running with some untrained people at the front-desk who struggle to find a reservation / respond to any help requests in a timely manner (For an ironing board, waited for one and half hr, made 3 phone calls and one in-person to the front-desk). I was told that my booking didn't offer a complementary shuttle service and I had to pay for it and I had to challenge them with my hotels.com booking details where the complementary service was evident. I had to ask for everything like glass, room clean, tea/coffee, soap and so on. WIFI was not working, key stopped working every day. I am not going to stay in this Hotel in future.

All is good there in Mango . Need more careabout the cleanliness just out side the windows . Need to add HD channels in the television.!
