I had a onnderful experience staying at the Talbot Trail. For starters the young woman at the front desk was extremely helpful and recommended the most wonderful restaurants; two of which i tried and both were fantastic! She was able to accomodate my last minute request to stay a second night and was there to assist promptly when i had an issue with one of my door cards. The courtyard felt safe and i was able to enjoy sitting out on the provided chairs and enjoy one of the last warm evenings of the year.

The thermostat was a bit finicky in our room, but other than that, I was super impressed with the room for the money. I would stay there again.

Receptionist did not explain why a deposit was required when not paying by credit card. Room decor is ok but the bed is a slab of concrete - horribly uncomfortable. Scalding hot water out of the cold tap. Too noisy.

Very clean with basic amenities. The staff were friendly, and check-in and check-out were easy. Would definitely stay here again and happily recommend to other travelers. Within walking distance of great restaurants.

Not sure how to review this property… Price point is great… But when we arrived, no staff to receive… We had to call a number for reception and we’re told they would be there in 20 minutes. He was knowledgable of the area. Property needs updates… bathroom door would not close because of swelling most likely due to humidity… Tripping hazards due to broken tile work outside most of the rooms that need to be updated… And I feel like there might be long-term tenants staying there that cheapen the property.

Spotless room. Good location. Fridge and a good quality coffeemaker. Good size soap, not the little slivers you mostly get at motels now. Only issue is the AC makes a lot of loud noise going on and off.

I picked this because it is only 12-15 minutes drive to Point Pelee National Park and with supermarket almost next to it. It is walkable to many restaurants on the same street.
Staff were helpful and the room is surprisingly big (not sure about the others but my room is quite big). the room is very clean and quiet during night time.

It's very quaint and cozy property! Rooms were clean, staff very friendly. Only issue we had was our bed. I think they rent rooms long term and the matress on one side of our bed was completely broken down. It seemed like only that side was used. My husband did not sleep weel. I would stat again , justbwould check the matress on arrival

Check-in was smooth and easy. The room was decent - fridge, microwave, bed, tv and Wifi…all I needed.
The property is located near the Real Canadian Superstore, so very convenient. I had a chilly first night because I couldn’t get the heat on, but as soon as I asked about it, it was fixed. Obviously I should have asked sooner!

I gave this company a hard time not on purpose but by accident and the ppl who assisted me were so patient the room was clean it’s winter time and the room was nice and worm the towels clean bedding clean I would recommend this place to others
