Fantastic location, right next to the night seafood market with lots of shops, restaurants, and vendors around. Short walk to the beach. Clean, well kept hotel with nice swimming pool and comfortable rooms. Nothing missing.

Large, open air breakfast facility with exceptional egg, fruit and other foods. Fantastic grilled salmon, sunny pool with fountans, and live music. The small exercise room should be enlarged and equipment repaired, modernized and expanded.

The pool was nice, could be a bit bigger and deeper to allow actual swimming. The rooms and buildings are clean and modern. Fitness room was ok, a few of the machines didn’t work properly.

I booked 3 nights. On arrival I was told I needed to live in two different rooms,-Check out and change after 1 night. They gave me a two-floorapartment with all you need, so that was nice. However, I would prefer to stay at one room when it was that short time. The first room also smelled very bad from the bathroom. Except from this , the hotel was great. Lovely breakfast, very helpful staff ++. I would go there again

The best of the property for me is the location - easy access to beach, restaurants and shops. However, service was quite disappointing. Check in was at 2pm but our room was not ready until almost 4pm and that was only because I got upset and asked the manager to prioritize our room especially since we had checked in at 10am. We also asked for someone to come by and show us how to use the ac system but no one ever came. Asked for extra towels each day and never got that either. We felt completely ignored. If you like good service or like feeling like a valued customer (I know I do) I would not recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel with really lovely staff. Great position on main road but kind of tucked in the corner so still quiet at night. About 10-15 mins walk to beaches and 5 mins to lovely night markets.

This was our 4th stay in 4 years and we will be going back again. The ladies on reception are the best, especially Thom and Ice.

Good location, polite staff at reception. Not the cleanest room, mark on toilet seat and towels were a bit worn but very good location and very good value for money!

Really enjoyed the stay here - beach was a 6-7 min walk, shopping, markets, restaurants, everything you need. Poolside was really cool, palm trees, restaurant, cooking class, bar - really a great place & the staff and manager were always extremely helpful & friendly!

A lovely modern hotel. We did have a technical problem with our pre booked room, which meant we could not stay in the room. Problems do happen, but what make the difference is how the problem is handled. In our case, the staff were just fantastic. They genuinely cared and worked their best to work around the problem. Management staff also proactively offered a complementary meal as means of apology - once touch. This made up for the original annoyance and left me with a very positive experience. I would certainly recommend the hotel and especially for the customer service experience. Thank you again Ton and Lucky.

Many trainees, but overall very nice and smiling and supportive staff.Upgraded to duplex flat (spacious, quiet, nice and comfy, huge bed, all amenities).Breakfast not outstanding, but plenty and various.

This was our third visit since in the last 2 years, and we are still very impressed with almost everything. The staff are fantastic, the rooms are immaculate, and the position of the hotel is perfect for us. The only problem we had this time was an inconsiderate tourist who tried to have all night parties in the room next door. After complaining to the duty manager, the parties were shut down and his guests left. One thing we have noticed is that the breakfast is not as good as when we visited the first time 2 years ago when there was more variety with the Thai food from day to day. This year and last year the Thai offerings were mostly fried chicken and vegetables almost every morning. But the rest of the offerings are still great. The main pool could also do with some touch ups as it's starting to look tired with cracks and missing mosaic tiles.

overall stay was relatively good. Good amenities. Air-con was too cold, unadjustable through the night. Wifi was quite weak.

I Had a fantastic time at the Beach Heights hotel and would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family, the hotel was clean and the rooms were cleaned every day, I could not fault the staff , the were friendly and very helpful.

First trip to Thailand and was really pleased with this hotel. Staff friendly, little spoken English but still able to make myself understood. Room comfortable and bed lovely and big, room cleaned every day and bottled water supplied each day. We booked a swim up room and was great to be able to just use the pool whenever we wanted. Breakfast nice and covered all nationalities. BBQ nice in hotel as well and cheap. We paid out room deposit with card, don't know why others may have made a problem, we didn't. The hotel is about 1/4 mile from lovely Kata beach. There is a street market twice a week but no hassle there and worth a look around. Loads of places to eat around this hotel and safe to wondered around day and night. Booked and couple of trips through the hotel, Phi Phi island and elephants, no problems at all and English spoken tour operator. Would recommend this hotel and will probably come back another year.

Room and location were perfect, 10minits away from the kata beach and many nice restaurants ,but staff is not really friendly and around the main pool sometime really stinks....

I was given a room next to the huge air conditioning. These conditioners serve the restaurant. It was very noisy from 05.30 am.Wet rooms are cleaned poorly.

the hotel was nice, clean and relaxing. The only issue was constantly getting pestered when walking down the streets.

5-10 min walk from Kata Beach. Newly renovated rooms.
