In town for the hibiscus festival. Stay was fine just couldnt not get the hot water to work very disappointing at 6 am. Front desk clerk grouchy not social at all. Maybe next stay will be a better experience.

Friendly service ina budget hotel near everything.

Unexpected 5 day stay with my 9 year old son. Somewhat dated but clean and convenient. Pool was nice. Clean towels daily brought to the room. Not a lot of amenities on site but several within walking distance.

We didn't stay. It's was unclean, unsafe, unkept. Check in took about 20 minutes - clerk didn't know what kind of room we booked because their system doesn't show that - gave us keys from our room (yes, keys not cards), door was not closed, bathroom was unsanitary, non-smoking room smelled of smoke & bed appeared to have been recently slept in/not freshly made. Booked elsewhere - dropped keys in the drop box. Called hotels.com to discuss & attempt a refund - since we didn't checkout in person with the desk clerk - the property refused a refund. Watching expenses is OK - but this place is NOT worth ANY amount of savings. JUST DON'T

The room was clean and in good repair .The bath towels however were a bit threadbare and need to be replaced.

We've stayed here before & understand that it's an older and inexpensive motel. But this time was disappointing. We arrived to check in around 12:30am because we had just finished loading out from a concert we lit up earlier in the evening. When we went to out room the door was wide open. I don't mean unlocked, WIDE OPEN. After checking the room to make sure it was safe from potential intruders we wanted to take a shower but there was no hot water. Even after running the water for several minutes it was still cold. Whoever cleaned the room missed the Blue Moon beer bottle cap that was in the toiletry basket on the vanity. At least the bed was comfortable. When we woke up we tried to get hot water again with no luck. As we were leaving I stopped at the office and told the person at the front desk who seem very unconcerned about it. When we get rooms reserved, for after we provide lighting production, we're not there for a vacation. Just a good night sleep in a safe room and the ability to get cleaned up after a very long day of work. Last time we stayed here was good. This time may make us reconsider the next time.

Great place! Older hotel, but recently remodeled. Room was immaculate and very comfortable. Only thing was the toilet was loose. Staff was very courteous and friendly. We will definitely be staying there again!

Holes in the walls. Dirty sheets. Didn’t even give me a towel. Extremely rude and unprofessional!!

Totally GROSS! Toilet was not bolted to floor and wobbled (afraid it might leak onto floor). No bath towels were provided. Not sure if bedding was cleaned. Floors were wet and slippery upon arrival making for slip & fall possibilities. TV did not work most of time. NO phone in the room to even call office for service such as missing bath towels, etc. Paid in advance for (non-refundable), but did not stay the 2nd night. Too grossed out!

The Inn was conveniently located near the Punta Gorda airport .

Building is old needs updating. Lock on room didn't work had to ne replaced. Owner very accommodating. Tropical setting and decor. Wish Microwave was in room not shared i. Laundry room. Would stay again despite train noise.

Noisy neighbors upstairs moving chairs around at midnight and I just didn’t feel safe.

The bed was super comfortable and the shower had the best pressure ever. Easy check in.

This was the worst motel I have stayed in, in a long time, I can't believe it was a $100 room.

I was supposed to have a double bed non smoking room and the gave me a single bed room

I not get acces to my room never ,the worker was terrible and ask me $ after payed my room online. I sleeping in my car and was terrible moment

They didn’t allowed pets

The staff is wonderful. My Google maps was not working and they talked me through the directions (I was on the backroads and not on 75). This is a great little place to rest and recoup. Very kind people and the location is perfect.

Surprisingly clean room and comfy bed. And its affordable. The front desk person named Peter did a great job and was very kind during our stay. I will return

The old guy at the front desk was very rude. I booked the room online and checkin was at 2:00pm in which i arrived shortly after. Room was not ready, he claimed he had no control over when its ready and that i could go else where. I worked a 12hr night shift i just wanted a room, price wise as well as distance from the hospital I worked this was my better option. He did offer me a room with no hot water as an option or i could pay more for a 2 bedroom. I told him i would just wait for the room i reserved. He said it would be 30 min. I left and came back with in 45min to an hour and was told it would take another 30min as he chuckled stating the cleanup crew was on lunch. I left again and wasted more time upon return way past an hour it was finally ready. As hes getting everything squared away for me he stops to stare at the movie he was watching on TV, the lady on the other side of the counter who was watching TV with him started hitting the counter top to get his attention and was like get her her room. She paused the movie to help him focus. When he was done he sat my room key and remote next to the lady purse. When he stopped moving the lady was like is she ready he said yeah she can go, i sat the stuff right there. Neither one of us knew I was all set. I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN, NOT ONE SORRY, THANK YOU, ENJOY YOUR STAY ETC. The old guy was rude with a bad attitude and terrible customer service. Maybe if i was white customer service may have been better, not sure!

Not clean, musty smell, my bathroom fan had no cover with exposed, filthy wiring. I touched very little in the room. It was very troubling but I didn’t have a backup plan so I slept in my clothes on top of the bed
