The service was excellent. The people were very professional. The rooms are kind of small I encountered some mosquito in the room. The beds are not really that comfortable but great location very clean breakfast was excellent. I don’t know if I’ll stay there again and it’s a little pricey, for what you pay.

Really enjoyed our time here, rooms clean, beds comfy, chair in room was luxury. Some furniture I would describe as “shabby chic” but all good. Staff couldn’t do enough, staff at breakfast fantastic and it could be described as over service just think it and it appeared. My daughter asked for some toiletries and 20mins later it was at the door. Neighbourhood felt safe and very quiet, hotel is in a country club so very quiet. Free parking excellent, if you have an EV bring your wall connector cable. The only downside and not for us is access to public transport station is 20-30min walk, there is a bus or taxi I’m sure but that is walkable for us but may not be for all. I would have no reservation going back.

This hotel well located (10 minutes away from Paris) is very quite and the room are spacious. In addition the Renaissance is extremely well managed with a strong sense of customer service especially form the reception (Chanelle, Teephan) and the management (Coralie). As a very frequent traveler to Europe this Parisian address is my go to!

Staff at reception are very pleasant and helpful. Cleanliness is great. Although they advertise a heated swimming pool, however it is still closed during winter. Cardboard cups at room is very annoying, but they provided me with proper glasses once I asked.

Wonderful hotel and service good value for money

This hotel is definitely the best place to stay for anyone who is willing to visit Paris for business or leisure. The staff is extremely professional and efficient. I have been to a lot of hotels in Paris and this one is definitely the One I intend to use for now on!!

Easy parking, gorgeous setting and excelent value

This is one of the best hotels in the Rueil-Malmaison area. It's nearby to local businesses, a supermarket, bars and a restaurant all within walking distance. The hotel is a reasonable size and has good facilities all round. It's also one of the few hotels in the area that has an outdoor swimming pool (although I haven't used it). The hotel staff are all very friendly.

The hotel staff is helpful and professional. The pool is very clean. The bed, pillows etc are comfortable and the breakfast buffet is nice with a good selection. My family was able to travel to and from Paris by hotel shuttle and by public transportation. There are several buses within 2 blocks that connect to the train. There's also a E LClerc hyperkarket and a pizzeria a short walk from the hotel. My kids and I felt safe. We loved the quiet town of Rueil Malmaison and our stay at the Renaissance Paris Hippodrome hotel was perfect.

Still waiting to hear back from management a week later which is so disappointing.

Even we booked room in advance at day of arrival we were rejected because hotel was fully booked. Hotel management was blaming us that they couldn’t reach us by email or phone but we didn’t receive any message. Unbelievable behaviour.

Very good

Wonderful and helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Easy and convenient parking at no charge. Local restaurants were very good. Public transportation into the city was challenging but not a problem for us. Need to take bus and metro with multiple options. We had a wonderful stay and wished we could have stayed longer.

We checked in for three nights and the room was clean and spacious with two queen beds for four of us. The hotel parking is free and there were plenty in the basement. The hotel also provided a shuttle in a form of a sports car, which was very enjoyable, to the nearest train station, though the station is just outside of the Paris Metro zone 1 to 3. Overall a great stay and a memorable experience.

A very nice hotel with great parking. Breakfast was great and the location was far enough away from the city to be affordable. The front desk helped me get Uber to the front door. WiFi was not very good but since it was a vacay that didn’t matter. Will stay here again for sure!

I was extremely disappointed By this hotel and would expect better from a Renaissance hotel. 1 when we arrived had to request a second room due to the first one having loads of flies crawling around it. Health issue. 2. We only stayed 4 nights - room was not made up on one night because we had been missed out. On other nights basic tea and coffee facilities were not replaced and room was still dirty 3. The pool was misty as if it hadn’t been cleaned. The one time we did go down to it we couldn’t get back through the security door because the door key didn’t work meaning we had to walk through reception in our swimming gear. 4. Another issue with the pool was a set of steps to get you in or out of the pool are broken. They are ready to snap away from where it is fixed to the edge of the pool and cause someone to have a series accident. 5. Not near any RER or metro stations. They did offer a shuttle to the nearest station but be careful what the driver promises as he is likely not to actually do it for you. All he is after is a large tip.. 6. I did mention all these points to the Manager and his attitude and customer care skills were extremely poor 7. If you want a drink from the bar you are very unlikely to be able to find someone to serve you. It seems the hotel are under manned and don’t have enough staff 8. What was good were the Reception staff, they did try to help where they could. If I were you I would pick another hotel.

This is a wonderful hotel in a green area of west Paris Just outside of the inner ring road. Fantastic happy and helpful staff who are cleared trained and enthusiastic in their job.

We decided to order something else from the remaining 3 choices, the food came in about 30 mins only for me to discover that they had changed my dish without informing me. I tried to call room service for about 10 minutes and no one answered eventually I called reception and explained the problem and order something else. An hour later I’m still waiting. Tried room service again- no answer Called reception to be told the kitchen is closed!! This ordeal continued for a while by which time I’d lost my appetite

Friendly staff, very good food. The only criticism would be the wifi which was hit and miss.

We loved our stay. Plenty of room for a family of 4 (2 teenagers), a great pool and the staff was unbelievably helpful. We rented their Autolib (electric car) each day to go into Paris and is was so easy if you are willing to drive. If got us free parking and allowed us to see so much more of the city. I would highly recommend the hotel and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

This is a beautiful hotel which cannot be faulted! However, it's a bit further from central Paris than we were lead to believe! The hotel is quite a bit from the station and that is where the 'shuttle bus' will take you! Returning from Paris centre it's then a 20 minute (12 stops at least) bus journey as there is no taxi rank at the station (which the hotel staff said there was) The lovely pool made up for this as you wouldn't get that in the centre of Paris!
