The carpet was damp somehow, had to wear slippers the whole time. The soap bottle on the sink was empty. Also the water did not completely drain in the shower, must be some clog up. These should have been fixed before making unit available to customer.

Should know and be responsible when guest asked for wake up call as that is very important. And never to shout out the room number of a guest for others to hear. it is for safety purposes.

All the elevators in the hotel were non-operational so guests had to use the emergency stairs to access levels by foot.
Room had no towels which had to be requested for to be delivered. Request had to be done in person at the front desk as phone in room was not working.

I often stay here when Im in port Moresby. Unlike its sister hotel Holiday Inn, this hotel is much more friendly. I got early check inn and had no problems getting breakfast which was an ordeal in other hotels in POM.

Hotel is convenient and I have staid there quite a few times. However, when I checked in I asked for a late check out as my flight to Manila was late in the afternoon. I was told 2pm. however, the next morning i got a call from reception paying checkout was 12pm. I explained to her about the receptionist giving me until 2pm but she would not comprise. when i complained to the manager I was told the person was a trainee. That is no excuse for poor service. Gust be warned as this hotel as poor staff and management. They think they can treat customers like dirt because this is PNG

Hotel ticked all the boxes for a business trip and had access to the Holiday Inn facilities. Gym was dated but had everything you need no matter how heavy you lift.

This is a great Hotel. Smaller rooms than the Main Holiday Inn but if you need a bed for the nights it's great. Staff friendly and helpful. Beds are very comfortable and above all the rooms are quiet. Internet is good and they provide a more than adequate breakfast, all part of the deal. I will stay again

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Maintenance had to work on the tv to get it working. I had a light flashing above my bed every other minute throughout the night. It was nice and comfortable apart from the flashing light.

I was requestung for hot water at the restaurant but to to no avail because the coffee machine is not working.
Coffee Machine? Hot water? What's the connection? Cant the hotel find another way to produce hot water?
Solution: We as GUEST have to bring down the kettle in our room to boil our own water at the restaurant to have a tea for our local visitor.

Best Managed hotel in Port Moresby....it may not be the flashiest, however you get what you need at this hotel from Ida and the team.

the room was really humid and some corkroches were found... even tho the room was spacious ans staffs were kind, i woudnt say my stay there was a pleasant one due to high humidity and no fresh air in the room.

Was very disappointed in our room, I paid 220 Australian dollars and was expecting to get what I paid for ! I was given room 4101 this was a disabled persons room. I am not disabled. I was looking forward to a long relaxing bath. No Bathtub. No toilet paper No bath mat. No soap in shower dispenser. Dirty floor. Open fridge to find a half used open milk and dirty glass. Remotesvfor TV didnt work. Bed side lamps didnt work.Over all very disappointing , Would not recommend to friends or stay again myself unless I was assured of getting what I paid for. I am a frequent traveler to PNG to visit my husband who works in Kimbe. I overnight in POM to connect to my return flight to Townsville.
