Everything was very clean and quiet. We really enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was great. We felt very safe inside the hotel and lots of food options close by

Heading farther north this was easy to get out of town in the morning.

My reservation that they had was inconsistent with what I had booked. They did get it straightened out and the staff was very nice. I never was able to connect to the internet which was very frustrating. The desk staff tried, but for some reason it would not connect. Our tv remote wasnt working and needed batteries. Staff had to also reset our tv which was an inconvenience. The room was nice and breakfast was very good. Nice shower and bathroom. Pool and hot tub were very small. Great restaurant/bar called Jimmys across the street.

I liked the gym, pool, and the breakfast. Although not mindblowing it was nice knowing that i had access to the gym and pool whenever even at 3 in the morning if needed. And the breakfast was wonderful. Pretty basic but was still filling for breakfast.

Good overall. Hot tub was not hot. About the same temp as the regular pool. Also very dirty on the bottom. And bed was not comfortable at all. Room was overall good.

The hot tub does not get hot and the pool room smelt of strong strong chlorine but we still made the best of it staff was amazing

Everyone has been very friendly & the hotel is clean. They also allowed us to check in 3 hrs early.

Convenient, good location

We checked in about 3 pm, it was fast check in. We booked two rooms, and it was super spacious with plenty of room to hang around until the wedding we had to attend. This hotel beds were super comfty, I didn't even feel my hubby move around all night. The bathroom was clean, plenty of towels for use. Nice hot water for the shower, everything in the room was usable. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it. Plus it was super convient for shopping areas if you need something. We will book with them in the future again.

No complaints. Room was clean and spacious. Bed and pillows were comfy. Hot tub was a great temperature. Breakfast was displayed nice and had several choices with plenty of spaced out seating. One suggestion would be to add usb ports.

I showed up late around 1:30am. The counter guy came out from the back room, unshaven and disheveled. He greats me well enough, I am exhausted. He tries to log into the computer several times and locks himself out. Apparently he forgets his password.. Tells me he cannot check me in until he can log in. I say, too bad. I need sleep and I cannot wait another 20 minutes for you to get a second 4th chance. I manage to get the key from him. I get to bed at 2am. 3am roles around and someone tries to walk into my room. They badge in and open the door. Luckily for me, I used the little lock latch. I continue to hear a couple other rooms accessed or tried to be accessed. When I go down in the morning to complete my paperwork, I tell them someone one tried to walk into my room last night @ 3am. The unshaven, disheveled guy is there with the morning lady. He says it was him, he got confused and went to 206 while he was in 306. (1) Why the heck was he staying in the rooms of the hotel he works at/ (2) Why did I hear other doors being accessed after mine if he was on the wrong floor? Something sketchy going on there.

Location was a little "tricky" to get into but one we found the way it was fine! Very clean room and public breakfast area!

This property was close to the event we were attending and very easy to find. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great rate and very friendly, helpful staff. Tile if pool area was polished, so VERY slippery. Mildew stains and grout grooves in shower were yuk.

The staff were, by far, the best part of this property. They were so kind and helpful, especially since I had my young child with me. The room was fabulous and the whole place was clean.

The lobby is decorated very contemporary and not exactly to our taste but our room was more traditionally decorated and peaceful with good beds and the breakfast has a nice variety. Will stay there next time we are in town. Five stars

The front desk workers were usually in a back room. When you walk in you had to wait for someone to come out. We felt like we were “bothering them”. Also, our shower was dirty, especially the shower door.

Staff was friendly. Hotel was comfortable.
