The hotel is quite run down and old. Parking is a huge hassle, not many spaces available. Breakfast provided did not have many choices.

The hotel should upgrade asap, otherwise it will deteriorate over times. The walk way carpets are very bad condition, broken & torn. Bed sheets, towels are very dirty, beds are found with hairs & some mosquitoes flying in the bedroom.

Toilet can be a little bit better. But overall nice stay. Main door a little thin, so outside noise can easily be heard. And no air on remote, only controls on wall.

Also poor basics as there is no hand towel provided and no spare toilet roll so had to ask reception on two separate occasions for a toilet roll. We also had to ask reception for an iron and was given one that works fine but the ironing board was broken so had to iron on the bed. Bed also seems to be infested with bed bugs. Positives: excellent breakfast

Location is good. But the sound proof is terrible. So is the curtain where light from outside is shining in even though have been close

It's okay for a night or two just for a rest at night. The hotel room is small but everything is functioning. Breakfast is better than expected. The swimming pool is small but still okay you're in desperate need to swim.

Facility are aging and staff appearance are not warming and friendly.

Had to call housekeeping to clean room. Bedsheets had blood stains. Housekeeping very rude.

the apartment three room very comfortable with big room and king bed size including tv and air Cond in side. The room also complete with microwave and refrigerator. Suitable for Bing family's. Recomended :)

The service was so bad, when we arrived to check in it took the concierge 30 min to find our reservation and check us in. The hotel is extremely dusty and not clean. The shower had hair on the floor and hadn’t been cleaned. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable.

Hotel needs maintenance. Hotel Manager on duty (Malay lady) was very friendly and accommodating. 5 star customer service.

Location was ok as there are shops nearby. Not too difficult to locate hotel but parking is not very easy. Car park is in another building connected to the hotel. Reception staff is fantastic and very helpful. Same with the conciege and the chambermaids and maintenance people. Hotel is in need of a massive upgrade. Carpets and flooring are worn out and dirty. Light fittings and switches are quite loose. Towels and sheets are very old. Used the swimming pool twice and both times I had to wait for about 30 minutes for someone to get me a towel. Pool and gym are unattended. Gym is stale with no airconditioning and equipment not working well. Had some problem with the wifi and my room was changed. Despite the change the wifi is not consistent. I ended up in a room facing the main road. It was noisy. Not the fault of the hotel but motorcycles were racing loudly in the front as if it was a racetrack! This went on till about 4am from about midnight. Airconditioning in the room seems to blow out stale air. Not very comfortable when its blowing at your face when sleeping. Otherwise I'm ok.

Staff suggested for a bigger room, as sh claimed that the booked room can’t take an extra bed... What annoyed me was that I was charged at walk in rate of the new room instead of paying difference of booked room against the checked in room

friendly staff and nice location. may try to add 1 more pillow to every single bed.
