The thing about Kemael...it is like being home. You know where you can have friends around the swiming pool ...having a good time where you do not havec to pay extra.
I have an another hotel before ..more expensive...but the feeling of being homevaway from home was not there.
Actually...it is not my first nor my last time...and unless they are sold out...Kemael is my first choice

Staff is always friendly and eager to help. Room attendants, ground keepers, and dining staff are always there to assist with guest needs. This is my main location to stay when I come to port au prince.

Staff was great. Edwin is very nice and welcoming. Thé owner took time and spoke to meet with open arms and welcomes me back in future travels. This location is a hidden gem and I welcome all to come and see what I see. I usually stayed at serv. Hôtel and a friend recommended this at my last trip in July and ever since then, this has been my location to sleep when I am on both business and pleasure.

The only good thing about this hotel was the cleanliness of the room and bed. Apart from that it was unpleasant experience.
The electricity is on only from 5:30 pm till 9:30 am next day then they switch off the generator and there is no electricity and off course no A/C or fan.
The breakfast is awful and so little.
The swimming pool is so dirty and half full. There are some gym equipment none of them is working and most probably they were bought from a scrap yard.

The only good thing about that place : the rooms are not small . Everything else is horrible . The food is not really good and it’s very expensive. They cut the electricity every day from 10 am to 4pm . Dust everywhere. They barely give you something for breakfast . Terrible experience

No electricity no clean room and only me customer at the hotel, i wast stay at the hotel for only one night i just need my money for the nights back. When we try to call them no one answer the phone

When you see the property it’s looks nice but the services was bad.
The I went there I couldn’t shower because these no water I slept with out shower no energy doing the day the not really clean these hot water when the water come it’s like a leak.OMG it’s was bad

I really did like to come here for the affordability but what I disliked the most was that the prices listed on the menu was not the price we were charged for our food. The woman claimed the price had change but the next morning when we talked to the young men, the prices on the menu matched the prices we were charged.They need to clean the pool, it is very dirty. Also please inform the guest when there will be no running water because we sometimes have very important appointments in the morning and we would not like to leave without taking a shower.

Nice hotel... cozy. The staff is friendly. The room is clean always and we'll maintained. .the WI -FI is not good in the room. The breakfast is pretty basic..not too many choices. For the price it is a good hotel...if I have to come back..I will definitely come back there.

I spent 3 days in this hotel it was more than perfect .... I liked the welcome, the kind of staff, the services, the rooms are spacious, the architecture, the garden, the flowers, the food are natural and perfect, all for a small price .... I loved and I advise everyone to go

I like theat i did not have to go out for dinner. They have an affordable buffet. The staff is very pleasant. The room was ok. I would go back for another stay.

It was a nice place. However, the quality of the service was not good. Staff is not friendly and non professional. Food is not quite well prepared specially the meat. Beverage was extremely sweet.

the service is terrible, the staff is very moody. The breakfast was like no breakfast. Take it or leave it. No substitutes to pay for. My wife an I had to go to a different hotel with a nice restaurant to buy breakfast. The waiters are not respectful, no hygiene at all. The restaurant really disguise the beauty of the hotel.

The owner is very nice lady very professional,the staff were very nice,always willing to help except for one that work night shift she is so rude I don’t recalled her name but Lord Amercie she needs to go other than that it’s was a great place to stay, I like the fact that there’s so many police officers from overseas that stay at the hotel it’s make me feel save a little.

we need to go over the breakfast. we have only one kind of breakfast. when I fist cone on that hotel, I used to have different kind of food and I pick what I like. My stay this year has only slash of bread and coffee Some people don't drink coffee. hopefully that change on my next stay.

I think the moment you checked in you realize this is a welcoming place. I didn't stay long enough to be able to make a more informed analysis, however they seemed truly willing to go at some lengths to accommodate you, which says a lot about the owner.

Great as usual. Needs more towels without me asking. Great staff wanted to stay longer. Hotel policy needs to be explained either online or at check in. I was told that I couldn't eat in my room, I travel around the world never heard of such thing. Overhaul great stay

The hotel was clean and safe. The pool was also clean. The menu was limited but I liked that it was priced in Goude not U.S. dollars so it was very affordable.

when I got there,they gave me a double bed since there was no single room available,but the next day I told them to wait for me before moving me to another room,but that was not the case when I came back my stuffs were outside and the housekeeper told me they moving me to another room. also breakfast is not quite as expected they only provide bread and coffee.

Charge me $20 more per night for having a guest sleeping couldn't take my purchased food to my room cause lady said I'll bring grease to the room, and she did it. For some UN guy while I was asking right in my face,the free breakfast was from 7am - 9am ,who the hell on vacation wake up @ 7am for breakfast but, that's how they have it. The service when it came to food sucked
