The property was nice, the staff was great, I really enjoyed my stay. It’s wasn’t like the US, but it was pleasant. I felt safe there. They just have to get the water issue resolved it took to long to get hot water, but it was hot after a while of letting the water run. I would book it again.

Had a great stay here. The staff was very accomodating. Mr. Anderson was very pleasant to work with. Food options were limited, but portions were large and delicious. Room was clean and comfortable. Power was always on.

Its a very nice place , it is clean but ( no hot water )

The property was not managed well, the use of cheap products where in use. It did not live up to the price I paid. Basic amenities and needs of the room were not met, often having to ask for bathroom utilities with the downside of not having hot water. The one upside was how ready the workers were to help and ease my stay.

Rude staff. Took 30 minutes to check in because she was busy talking. Their attitudes sucks don't know how to talk to people. They refuse to give us extra sheets. No elevators have to climb a long flight of stairs.

I have stayed here several times, check in and out is fairly easy..just be sure to let them know in advance if you will check out early 5-6 am) to catch a flight

Friendly stuffs and and food was great it's a nice place to rest please check it out love the pool even tho I didn't swim

Please make the check out time a little more efficient especially early in the morning and when we request a cab early to go to the airport the next morning, please make sure it comes and everyone knows about this

Hotel staff is very courteous, helpful, kind. But, need to improve supervision/management during 6 h am - 9 h am breakfast time b/c twice we went for breakfast before 8:00 am it seems the hotel staff consumed all before the guests. Overall, we liked the foods and the dining room. Keep up the good work!

bad location, you must have a car. Food not too good, Room not very clean, faucets did not work properly, etc

Good choice for that price but they need to provide a do not disturb sign. Somebody was knocking on my door every morning to bring me breakfast, while I would rather sleep. A simple do not disturb sign would solve that problem.

For what it was, this hotel provides just enough for the price charged. However, the hot water did not work during my stay and this is an issue they need to address right away, if they hope to lure in more clients. But they had 24 hour electricity, running water with decent pressure and around the clock armed security.

It is a vey nice hotel the staff is very courteous and pleasant especially Janisse and Joseph, I plan to return there soon. I will give the hotel a 5 star rating.Thank you guys for making my stay enjoyable..

For the rest of my life, I will never forget my 15 days at La Pépinière Hotel from November-December 2015. The hotel is very clean, with warm water, electricity, and cool air 24 hours. The cuisine is excellent and the foods are delicious. The morning breakfast is always on time with different choices for the guests.
Mr. Anderson was my Guide in many occasions. He drives me to different parts at Port-au-Prince. He waits for me for more than one hour to visit the cemetery and buy some souvenirs around the Mupanah. Thank you very much, Mr. Anderson.

It was okay for what I paid
Lots of continuous issues
AC and fridge went off regularly
Internet was not strong enough to reach the room but okay in the common areas
I am very familiar with Haiti after 25 trips there
and able to go with the flow
I would stay elsewhere next time
Especially because this hotel is too far from the middle of town (about 2 miles but 30 minutes in Haiti traffic

I had a stay last summer it was OK but this time it was worst they are under construction every morning at 6am they are pounding in a pool and I paid for a double room they claimed they do not. Have any they too are under construction and the food was spoiled. But they served it anyway all the staff even reception claim to never have change for tips I will never stay there again their beds still have the plastic wrap on them that make for very uncomfortable sleep every to I was changed to still had construction noise and housekeeping was too busy gossiping about guest to do their jobs at 6 am they turn off the ac unless you request them to turn it back on the hot water works and the wifi
