Property was beautiful! It was in a lovely location, easy parking, safe ,walking distance to beach. Property was clean and quiet ,with all the facilities you would need such as plenty of laundry facilities, pools ,play grounds and the kangaroos were lovely to watch.Would come back again and recommend it to everyone.

Our stay at Discovery Pambula Beach was too short!! We loved the amenities and activities provided. The cabin was very cosy but roomy, we appreciated the huge hot showers, and the comfy couches and beds.
Wifi was terrible as was mobile data reception, but we loved the beach access, restaurant, and play areas! We saw dolphins off the beach, a frog jumping across the driveway in the rain and lots of roos.

Our accommodation was very comfortable we had everything we needed and more, the kids had a brilliant time, the park is beautiful it’s right on the beach. The staff are super friendly and happy to help with any requests we will be returning as soon as we can 😁😁😁

The office was closed 2hrs before 6:00pm scheduled time at 4:00pm problems arose because the cost of the budget cabin booked and paid for through a third party was a substantial price higher than what we had booked $48 When queried we were told that we needed to arrive earlier? So the issue would have been sorted also that the price of bookings thru a 3rd party can be changed depending on when the booking is made (that’s a new rule to me) in short we were charged $147 for a $99 cabin and no one in attendance to rectify the issue

Park was nice, but the accommodation we booked was pretty dismal. If you plan on spending any time in your cabin do NOT get one of these. It's so tiny it's claustrophobic. The couch couldn't be used as it kept falling off the wall. The shower and toilet are also so tiny it's uncomfortable.
The cabins are also so close you can hear every sound made on either side.
We were excited to use the spa but the relaxation was spoiled by screaming children using the pool, and the sound bouncing off the roof, so we ended up giving up on that idea too.
Overall not a fab experience for $170 a night

Great location. Cabins towards the back near the bush area (which we stayed in) were really tranquil and relaxing. Big park with lots to go. We don’t have children yet but can’t wait to bring our family back here as it grows.

I would like to give five stars as the score. However, the cabin was okay but it was not appropriately cleaned cause when we arrived, the kid's bunk bed didn't have bed sheets, so we had to make it on our own. The balcony still has the sand from previous guests. We must clean our dishes and cutlery before using them because there are stains on the plates. We had to mop the floor again, and it was dirty. As I said, it needed to be appropriately cleaned even though we arrived at 5 pm. The waterpark and arcade were excellent for the young family. The location is fantastic.

The standard villa was old and smelly.
The water tap in the bathroom was leaking. The shower head was broken.

It was a walk to the beach had kangaroos and young goannas cabin was lovely but wish they supplied some draino for the sink and wish there was a barbecue on verandah and wished that the stove fan worked otherwise all was georgeous

So many great facilities for families and the cabin was very clean and in great condition. The only thing I could say is that dishwashers in the cabins would be more hygenic for guests and cleaners to clean dishes and also more water wise.

This is such a great spot. Right on the beach which is stunning and measles amongst the wildlife. We had such a good time. The cafe is also great, awesome coffee and reasonably priced. Kids club is a bonus too. Unfortunately the pool wasn’t heated and some areas are a little tired. I don’t think this is a staff issue, it’s a corporate issue where discovery wants to make a dollar and spend a cent.

Way over priced for what you get.
Cabin has no air-con and is an absolute oven during the day.
At this price point ($170 per night), one would expect aircon.
Cabin is also really old and in need of maintenance. The whole door handle to the bathroom fell off when I tried to open it.
It took me 10 minutes of jiggling before I was able to lock the front door as the lock itself is so old and worn.
Very disappointing for the amount of money being charged.
