The room was beautiful and newly renovated. Deceiving from the outside appearance which was a bit run down looking. Very happy with this room

Building is a work in progress but the room was excellent. Very recent renovations. Pretty amazing stay for the money. And we took a walk to the beach through a couple of charming quirky neighborhoods. Recommended!

Staff was very helpful and extremely pleasant. Rooms are newly renovated and well kept. Needless to say we plan on coming back next year. Thank you Mary!

Property was run down. Room was okay. Price was super expensive! Over $534 for a run down motel for 2 nights! Outrageous!

As others mentioned the outside is a little sketchy, but the rooms are newly renovated i would have no staying again.

The women at the office didnt have any customer service but we were checked in fast which was nice. The rooms wear pretty clean except a hair in the freezer. Bed was comfy and we loved having ac in the room. However at 10:15 am my husband went to get us breakfast and right after i put my pants on someone knocked on the door while opening it to my room assuming we had checked out qhen check out isn't until 11am. Made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. Would have been a lot worse just a few second before as i didnt have an pants on. They really need to make sure the guests are checked out before they open the room.

The room itself was great! You would never know by looking at the outside. I put my trust in the reviews and they did not disappoint. Everything was new and clean and you can tell the thoughtful touches they put into it. Don’t let the outside scare you off! The room is great for a clean and easy access place!!

Everything with the stay was wonderful, however went to use the pullout bed and it was full of food candy. It was pretty icky.

From the outside the hotel looks very run down. The rooms are nice. The sheets one the bed could be better. They look used. Also they could put something at the bottom of the doors. Bugs, mice, rats could crawl in.

Wonderfully renovated inside. Everything clean, functional and attractive. Comfortable bed, excellent bathroom, good selection of power and usb outlets. Great guest laundry. Great place to stay to explore the coast.

The room was updated and nice but there was food in the freezer and dirty footprints on the wall in the bathroom.

Decent budget motel with standard amenities. Noisy shower from next door or upstairs ran for half hour delaying my sleep. Very noisy. So was their TV. With my early morning call at 3:30 AM it allowed me to get maybe 3 hours of sleep. Refrigerator and freezer worked. But I was very surprised that there was no in room coffee service. I've stayed there before and don't recall them not having one or I wouldn't have gone back. Now that I know they don't, I won't.

This hotel was nothing special to look on the outside, it needs some love. The inside, however, was amazing. We loved our room! Definitely a hidden gem. Tons of plug ins and USB ports, nice fridge and microwave, comfortable bed and chairs, wonderful location.

Nope very good stay

Clean rooms and a central location easily walkable to the beach or the harbor. Friendly staff. Only issue was the a/c unit in the room blowing nothing but warm air. Just cracked the window instead.

Rooms have been recently renovated and are nice, well kept, and comfortable. Good value for the money.

The outside doesn't look great, but the inside was updated and very clean and comfortable.

I liked everything. Because of the place being an older buliding that has been remodled the walls are very thin and the neighbors kept us up late and up very early.

Room was excellent. Well aware focus was on rooms before exterior. Great location. Got road noise to front or occasionally helicopter noise on backside (hospital behind motel). I would stay again.

Older hotel with new skin. New flooring, paint, appliances, etc. Very clean and looked great. Dismal water pressure int the shower. Walls still as thin as ever so you can hear the TV next door.

The room was newly renovated and very nice. I was able to park directly in front of my room. The front desk was very friendly.

You would never know how nice it was inside from the look of the outside. Totally recommend

It was good centralized location but the food around in walking distances were closed and had a random lady huddled outside my room who the hotel people had to have removed from the property. I was up until 230 in the morning because of this.

Affordability

When we pulled up we were a little disappointed. But when we got in our room it was so clean and it was remodeled really nice. The bed was so comfy. The only down side for us was there was no coffee pots in the room or lobby, but I talked to the manager and she said they were going to be putting some in. And remodel the outside of the building soon.
