Low on maintenance. Water came dirty on the first day. Shower heads not cleaned water splashing all over in the bathroom.
Location is aloof.

Broken sink and tap. Mold in bathroom shower. Toilet flush not working didn’t even bother to fix. Interior needs heavy maintenance. outside facade is all you get for the price interiors are dated. They charge you for every little thing such as requesting ice. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this place.

Property was nice but far from all sights. Very inconvenient. Nowhere to walk or enjoy close by. Everything is about 45 minutes to an hour by car. I felt like this was misrepresented by both the hotel and Expedia.

The staff is very courteous and helpful. I would like to thank Mr Nitin for his excellent support. I would definitely recommend this. Room facilities are good. Food is tasty. I also used the fitness center and all equipment were operational and in good condition.

Nice chic hotel in east Delhi. Decor is bit off and staff can be more polite.

Nice quiet and cozy place....away from the main roads and noise pollution. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Food was also good. Special thanks to Mani at front desk for his help and care.

The room was in the loacation we wanted, the staff were excellent and helpful and overall the hotel was really nice. The only complaint we had was that as it was January and it was very cold. the room was freezing and there was not heating we were provided with a small electrical heater which was not good enough for the room to warm up. This wasn’t what I’d expect from a 4star hotel. We needed a sleep of comfort as we were very busy during the day. I would stay here again only when it’s hot in India

Water in the shower was luke warm at best not hot. The room was humid so all the bed sheets and pillows seemed moist was disgusting the room and washroom was dirty. Would never come back or recommend this to anyone it’s a disgrace to the raddison name

Stayed at Park Inn for 2 days. Hotel was comfortable with very well maintained staff. Breakfast was amazing. A big shout out to hotel front desk staff - Akash, who went extra mile couple of times for the guest. We were planning for a trip to Mathura from Delhi and he helped us with his local knowledge and connections at Mathura. Thanks Akash!

The hotel is not clean. Doesn't deserve to be called a four-star hotel. The food is horrible. Wouldn't recommend anyone.

For checkin had to wait for 40 min in the lobby. Very isolated location. No shops or malls within walking distance. Rooms and the floor corridors were too old. Hotel in dire need of renovation. No Central switch in the room. I had to manually switch off ten lights and then had to sleep.

Booked taxi for Airport pick up from London. While in India, I rang from Amritsar to htl reception to cancel the taxi as I will find my own way to htl. We were 3 senior guest. Flight was delayed for 5 hrs. Arrived at htl tired, we were rudely confronted by senior manager and security manager who demaned from us Rs2000 for taxi they to collect us. I proved them by my iPhone the date, time I phoned to cancel the taxi. They refused to believe and indirectly telling us we were lying. I got angry, they were very unprofessional. They up graded our room, but charged Rs2000. On check out I still argued, htl gave us Rs1000 back. They should have waved the Rs2000. From the very first day our holiday was spoilt. There is no apology from htl. We will never go to this htl again nor I will recommend to friends/relatives.

Stay was short, I only could get time to experience check in, room service and check out service.
check in - Akash was very informative, helpful and was willing to make my stay even more comfortable. staff like Akash is the great asset to the hotel.
Room Service - Was quick and ordered food was up to mark and was exactly I asked.
Check out - check out was delayed due to crowded reception lady was good and smiley but I requested for luggage down, they said yes we are sending but no one came.

Once you reach the hotel and has nothing else to do, it is reasonably priced and good. Commuting to any place is difficult. There are no taxis, autos available close by and the staff will not help call a taxi. For example I made a local phone call to get a taxi and the phone cost was Rs. 950/- and the taxi cost was only Rs.277.00. Telephone charges are not mentioned anywhere and people in reception have no idea until you hit with the bill at check out. There are no stores close by and you have to completely depend on their restaurant for meals which has limited choices. Walking outside the hotel is a challenge due to heavy smell coming out of river Yamuna (which is currently being used as garbage dumpster).
I prefer to choose a different location next time.
