Stopped in on a Thursday night. Internet was down. When i contacted desk i was told i would have to wait until Friday 9AM for the guy who handles it. The "guy" who handles that is also the landscaper. Did the same troubleshooting that i did, not resolved. I was then told by front desk she would have to contact the owner. When i returned later that day i was told the cable techs dont work on Saturday or Sundays. Attention owners, empower your people to pick up the phone and call the cable company. Saturday greeted us with no hot water at all. We checked out and went home. Very dissapointed.

Excellent for a similar priced place. Clean, close to beaches and downtown. Staff was friendly and called me after checkout as I left something in the room. Would stay again. No hot water tough.

The Inn is under new management so it is a work in progress, BUT the pool is killer, the location is great, fine parking, nice Mexican restaurant in front, price is right. No WiFi in rooms, but the restaurant has it. Refrigerators, microwave, and coffee makers, good sized rooms.

On site worker were great 😃 the maintenance guy, the young ladies that clean were nice and respectful, helpful, won't take tips for helping you, great staff. Not my first time, will visit again soon 🙏

Cozy apartment, quiet area. Amazing bar on the front, must visit. However the pool wasn’t on the good shape, not look clean, otherwise if you looking economic place while you enjoy around beautiful beaches and restaurants this apartment will be a good deal.

Convenient hotel with parking. Nice exterior. No Wifi available in the room. Confusing auto-check instructions.

The pool is bigger than it looks and very clean! Staff is remote but it was still a very smooth check-in process. Our wifi worked and was fast. The beach is just a short walk, and it is one of the best on the west coast! Thank you Rincon Inn.

Nobody ever at the property. I expected a no frills place to stay but sadly this was even worse. The place didn’t see quite clean and there was a old bar of soap in the shower. Speaking of shower water pressure was intermittent also to use the toilet I had to sit sideways in front of the toilet you had one foot to the wall. The bed wasn’t the best and the sheets were clean but felt like sand paper. And each morning you are woken up by a rooster that’s roaming the pool and parking area out back. They did have a small refrigerator and coffee maker but not filters or coffee or cups so not sure what we are supposed to do with that. Many options around so I think next time I’ll take my chances with them

Very close to the beach there’s mainly bars and restaurants no dance clubs and from rincon to San Juan is very far and will cost you a lot so it’s better off to rent a car..... visit rincon boricua for real Puerto Rican food and helado for great ice cream and a restaurant called gylro for a great draft beer brewed locally
