The property was clean the apartment was very clean well set out everything you need for a comfortable stay will be booking a longer stay next time for sure and the staff were very friendly and helpful

The Team at Sails were so professional and welcoming. They made us feel like we really mattered by using our names to say hello etc. We didn’t feel like just another person staying for a few nights.

Great location for access to restaurants and beeach. Situated on the main highway, so traffic was a bit noisy early in the morning.

We had a wonderful stay at Sails, its location is perfect for enjoying Forster and its surrounding locations, everyone was helpful and friendly, instructions were clear and thoughtful, the hotel room was fitted with everything we needed and very comfortable including a very comfortable bed, we will definitely stay again when we return, the only thing to consider would be the traffic noise can get a bit much if you wanted to keep the doors and windows open like we do.

It was a good place to take the family, good holiday location. a little too big for business but all that was available on the day

I was contacted to find out my arrival time and then sent instructions on how to obtain my key however the staff were still there when I finally checked in. Apartment was clean although a few parts have seen better days. Very spacious left to my own devices as not serviced daily. Would stay again. Secure parking included.

Huge apartment, views from kitchen and balcony to the surf beach. Short stroll to town centre and calm water for fishing and little ones. The apartment was a little dated but not needing updating yet. Living space, huge balconies and bedroom made up for that. Could certainly see our family returning to enjoy beautiful Forster.

Clean and very comfortable! Staff are extremely helpful. We were 2 adults sharing a 2 bedroom apartment and the staff made the extra effort to change the second room beds from 2 singles to a double. Will stay again.

First time back in Forster for 15 years and this won't be the last after finding Sails resort. Excellent time had in a very comfortable room and close to beaches and shops. Will be plenty of repeat visits.

We used to own a unit in the area so this was our first time staying elsewhere. The units are lovely and in a great spot. The management team are very good and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

My Partner and I had a lovely time at Sails Forster, the owners were absolutely lovely to us very warm and welcoming. We had a one bedroom apartment, which had amazing open bright wrap around windows and an amazing balcony. Stunning Lake views.
The bed was comfortable and there was air conditioning. The kitchen was stocked with items to use and there was Austar for our downtime enjoyment. Nice and close to the main part of town and walking distance to a beach. We were very happy with our stay here and will definitely be back.

We had a one bedroom apartment, which had amazing open bright wrap around windows and an amazing balcony. Stunning Lake views. The bed was comfortable and there was air conditioning. I would not recommend staying at Sails when it is for work, as the internet connection was impossible to download from and surfing to other websites. I can imagine this being a real problem for people having to prepare for work the next day. Luckily we were there to relax and could use the Wifi.
Otherwise is was very pleasant and the staff were very apologetic (maybe even embarrassed??) about the internet problems.
