For a budget motel it was definitely worth the money.

Our navigation system had trouble finding the motel. Their sign on the main road is tasteful but hidden among the other signs near it. The motel itself was a mixture. Old buildings, modern inside. Nice decor not finished or unfinished. We enjoyed our stay once we arrived but would prefer being greeted by a person rather than a voice on a speaker, quiet time or not.

Out of the cold and snug e ithin the unit. The lovely lady on the motorised chair eas wonderfull.

Rooms was a very good size, nice lounge to relax. The place is old but clean, we left a note the kitchen tap was dripping.

Unfortunately it was incredibly noisy the night we stayed. It was more like a true backpackers than a motel (at least it was that night). A few things need fixing in the room for example light in toilet, fan over shower, nails in door mat. But cooking facilities worked well.

We liked the location and the overall convience of the stay. The room was very clean and well set up. As a budget motel I would say they do very well when it comes to the beds and general set up. It could use a little maintance because of the dripping taps and peeling paint in the bathroom.

The check-in was confusing, they need clearer signage about how the check in process works.
The room itself wsa okay though, very quick to warm up with the provided heating and the shower was fantastic!

Take my word and do not book! The place is not as described absolutely filthy came into the motel the front door was damaged could not open and close properly which was unsafe! The floors were dirty! Smelt bad! Was an IV hospital infusion bag hanging off the curtain rod! I have left the place right away and returned the key didn’t even stay at the place and still got charged for a 3 night stay! No refund aswell after multiple try’s!

The property did what was needed for one night, the linen was clean and comfortable, the queen bed was great. The single beds were a bit unstable I was told. The shower was great as were the towels. The unit itself was shabby and the floors need attention (I did not feel comfortable bare footed in the unit.)

It’s an older property, the beds were comfortable, close to town, nice large rooms.

Practically it is not Motel, it must be called Budget. Awfully place. Room is dirty, you can hear what the people disuses in the opposite room. Terrible place to stay.
No staff on property, only one keybox on reception, they just give you a code to open whole keys and you need to find yours.

Loved the view of Queenstown from the carpark. The whole complex is old & rundown and the room smelt very musty. It was weird that the office was closed & you needed to ring a mobile number to check in - this should have been communicated as part of the confirmation. All in all, I would definitely not stay again unless the place had a major revamp.

Poor quality, pickers hut, type accom. only. Remote check in was different!! tv didn't work. Lamps didn't work. Bathroom facilities poor. Would not have minded any of that had we KNOWN that is what it was like so poorly advertised on your site

Room was neat & tidy but very dated. Walls are thin, could hear our neighbours talking & tv. One part of the flooring under the carpet needs repair. Desperately needs a refurbishment.
