The hotel is a diamond in the rough. The surrounding area is rough but the hotel is lovely with wonderful staff. We will stay here again.

Not as good as you will get for the same price elsewhere. I stay there for proximity to my destination. It is always an adventure - and not a good one.

Room was nice and roomy. The location was good for us. I would probably stay again. It was quiet, peaceful, and great it had a pool with tables to relax at. The price was higher then I expected based on what Hotels.com show. I had no choice to stay.

The pool was closed. It was 90 degrees it should have been opened. In tge bedroom there was just one desk chair. And a large empty space eherd an arnchaur eould have been convenient.

Very good experience. Very friendly service from our arrival to departure.

Continental breakfast is limited and grab and go. Not the healthiest either. Very clean room.

Excellent location. Room had been updated, was very clean & comfortable. On a busy street but relatively quiet. Encountered no problems, maid service was great. The morning snack box was a nice benefit.

Quiet, comfortable accommodations. Our family had to be near Providence Cedars-Sinai and this was a short drive away. Close to shopping and restaurants. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

The management is really nice and attentive. I really enjoyed my stay here. I will be coming back :) Also liked that it was really clean.

The property is not a resort but offers good basic living accommodations. The rooms were clean and quiet but a bit on the small side. Comfortable for 1 but a bit crowded for 2. The bathrooms were relatively large and updated. The hot water took a few minutes to arrive at the taps. The room refrigerator was a reasonable size. The room could use a microwave since the Inn does not provide a breakfast other than a grab and go snack box.

It's a great place - easy access to 101 n and s, nice little pool and staff was great. room was great - ac felt so good! we felt quite safe. enjoyed the boxed continental breakfasts and having a fridge in room was great. we will definitely stay there again. i do wish their was a mirror in the room, other than just the bathroom.

I've stayed here a few times. It's an older building and a bit hidden off Ventura Blvd. Despite its age, the rooms have been well maintained, always clean and the staff has always been courteous and great. A nice find if you're looking for something reasonable outside of the chain hotels.

Great little motel. Beautiful rooms that seem newly renovated. I think my only suggestion would be to get softer pillows. The grounds around the pool were beautiful and the front desk person was so nice. Definitely were greeted with a smile.

It's kept very clean and neat. Don't be tricked by the worn exterior :) The staff were nice and kind. They have a dedicated parking lot behind which is great. Although they don't have continental breakfast, they offered grab and go boxes for breakfast.

The staff are very helpful to switch us a quiet room. Hotel room is clean and looks like recently upgraded .

Not many hotel options in Reseda w/ close proximity to family, but the Tarzana Inn is a great option for an overnight stay. While there are nicer options farther away, the proximity to the freeway and the price to value ration is great. Interior was somewhat dark, but very clean, comfortable bed, well-kept/modern interior, very clean bathroom and shower stall. Check-in was very smooth w/ a nice front-desk attendant. We were able to get into our room before check-in. The available morning snack box is an extra we didn't expect, and I was able to pick-up a box for everyone in my room (4). Would stay here again for a short stay.

The room was decent, nothing out of the ordinary. I didn’t like that anyone can go up to your door, there was a young black man loitering the area so that was a little scary because we went out around midnight. Came back around 3-4 am and he was still there. Only means not much security at this inn.

Easy location to visit sites.

We were there three days and had a wonderful time. The Staff was very helpful when we had an emergency and had to leave one day early. They were very helpful. We will stay there again.

My check-in was quick and easy. My room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was sparkling clean.

We were given one option which was a room at the far end corner of the first floor in the absence of an elevator to the second floor. Tarzana Inn is located right next to a busy gas station and windows facing south, face the gas station which has bright lights all night and a lot of noise. the drape DID NOT CLOSE (by design) so we we forced to have intense light from the neighboring station inside our room. On top of it all, one of the gas station employees took his break in his car parked right next to our window and he chose at 2 AM to play loud rap music! I went to the front office night manager/staff and asked him to give us another room, and he refused. So, our stay here was a nightmare and we got more tired after driving 6.5 hours from the Bay Area. I recommend going to a more decent Inn and avoiding this poorly located, poorly operated, and managed so-called Inn.
