Clean and updated room with parking right in front of the door.

We had to replace our key cards 5 times! There are no plugs in the bathroom. No amenities at all and not enough parking for all of the rooms so we had to park on the street. This is an old, rundown motel that has had a little of a facelift to the rooms.

Did not honor room as requested and agreed to, and put us in a room with extremely tall beds with no step or accommodation for handicapped person as notified. Desk person kept telling me the room assigned was easier access because there was not a step into the room, but the requested rooms beds were much lower to the floor.

Property is in obvious decline and in need of repairs. Room lacks space for adequate movement without moving furniture and sink and shower drains were partially plugged causing water to backup into sink and tub. Televison did not work upon arrival and stairs from 2nd story are worn and in serious decay.

Large room, comfortable bed. Nicer than expected from outdoor appearance of Motel. Great water pressure in shower. Room coffee was not great, but very close to good coffee to purchase

Hotel is very dated but there has been effort to update. Room was clean enough. Bed and pillows were very comfortable.

The owners were scammers. Property indicated pet friendly and booked a room with 2 queen beds. Last minute my son decided he wanted to come with us. They charge $x for each child and $xx for each animal. It was almost midnight and we were leaving at 8 am there was no indication that there was a charge for pets. I told them i would leave the dog in the car. She said i had to pay the fee either way. I wasn't expecting much as it was a $xx room but being swindled out of another $xx ticked me off. Two queen beds to them means only 2 people can be in the room? I took photos of all the damage and nastiness and promptly showed them to her as I felt like they were the type to make false claims. Had to sleep on top of the covers of one bed due to hair and what looked like bugs on the sheets. If i wasn't so tired from driving I would have just risked it and drove the rest of the way home...

Upon arriving I was asked to give a $45 deposit in cash with no explanation. When leaving she went and checked my room before giving me my cash back and came back and said there was blood stains on my top sheet, and she was deducting $15 to get it out. It was a few droplets. I have never heard of such a thing! Also, the bed was way too high to get up and down from safely. Very dangerous in my opinion.

This is an older property but in great condition and very clean.

The room was clean. The only issue we had was that they had an aunt problem, and one of the outlets didn’t seem to be working. Overall it wasn’t a bad stay.

It's very old but clean. No box of tissues in room. Need more pillows to comfortably sit in bed and watch tv. Lousy coffee - no snacks available. Not enough toiletries, e.g. shower cap, makeup remover, etc. One of 2 people at checkin was not very friendly. Bed is too high to comfortably sit on edge and watch tv. Please ditch the Bible - a listing of local businesses & restaurants or sites would be beneficial.

Hotel clerk was very rude, didn’t care about how we felt about the stay, didn’t give us enough toilet paper even though we asked. Had to pay a $50 cash deposit and I had no idea that was needed, had to go get the money and it was a big inconvenience.

I stayed here because it was the most affordable option. I was watching the Oregon Ducks play at Autzen Stadium and this motel made the most sense for promixity and costs

It was way over-priced for the quality. Biggest complaint was thinness of the walls; the guy upstairs was walking around all night and we could hear every foot step. Shampoo came in weird paper packages. The shower was very slippery. The service was negative. It was fine for a night but not a place I would ever recommend.

For a small hotel, it was much better than expected. I would definitely stay here again.

The Galaxie Motel is a no frills accommodation. That said, the prices are reasonable and the property and room was clean. The proprietors were very nice and accommodating and are located on premises so always available. You can tell they take pride in their property be the cleanliness.

This is your typical small town motel. Not the motel's fault, but there were people sitting right outside our door smoking. No ice. Soda machine was broken. Also the bed was not a queen, probably a double.

Just a clean basic motel with no frills. If you just need a bed and a shower this fits the bill.

The hotel was extremely clean in a very quiet and peaceful area. It exceeded my expectations because the images show that it’s an older motel and given that we booked it as a last resort, worked out perfectly! I noticed that the exterior is well kept with beautiful flowers and no dust or cobwebs in sight. We’d gladly stay there again.

Nothing unique. Small room with no amenities, but clean and quiet. Definitely NOT a $100/night place.

Dirty nasty stained furniture & shower tile grout, broken sink, needed a refresh many many years ago.
