The front desk clerk was very rude to my family and I. It took forever to check in and when inasked for extra towels i was snapped at and told no. Upon entering my room it smelled of freshly sprayed raid and there were roaches crawling around. I went back downstairs and the desk clerk yelled at me about the towels. I told him my room had roaches and smelled like raid. Inasked for another room since inbooked using hotels.com i knew there wouldnt be a refund. The second room was just as bad. We did not stay the night at the hotel. They have a sign up in the lobby saying if you give us a 5 star review you could win 60$. This was an absolutely horrible hotel and my worst ever hotel.com experience.

It was great i will come again but next time yall should have iron and a iron table in the room or more around thank you

It was fine,, same price as others, but no ice or coffee in rooms, no lights near bed. Would stay again

Very great place for weekly stay. Staff members are all nice and patient for solving all requests.

I was disappointed. I arrived a 10pm and was first told that I had cancelled my reservation. (I had not) Then that they couldn't find my reservation and then they had been overbooked. Eventually I was given a room and billed correctly. I made it to the room and found a greasy/dirt table, bugs in the sink and bathtub and a threadbare blanket/comforter on each of the beds. I made the best of it by using a washcloth to clean the chairs and table, ran hot water in the sink and tub and went to bed wearing and sweatpants and sweatshirt.

My stay here was awesome. From the time i entered till the day I left. I would decibel recommend this hotel.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. From the time that I checked in until I checked out was FANTASTIC. I will definitely stay again when I come to Ohio to visit. Room clean from top to bottom.

Front staff was amazing and informative. Room was clean. Could use a new mattress but not awful. Normally a fairly heavy sleeper. I heard everything all night. From the loudest walker above me, semi truck running in the parking lot, to what sounded like construction at 4am.

Smelled of smoke everywhere. Elevators, hallways, my room’s bathroom (in a non-smoking room) - everything just reeked. Other than the smell, it was okay. But it’s hard to look past.

First, I was grateful to Dave for allowing me to check in early. I was able to frwhwn yo before having to go to work. Easy access off/on highway. Although it is suitable for long stays, there was nothing in the room but the fridge, microwave, and stove top. There was free coffee in the lobby but no coffee pot in the room. Everything else needed to operate a kitchen; untensils, pots, bowl, was extra. You had to ask for it and possibly there was a fee. I manage without. Fortunately, the hotel was next door to Sheetz which I visited every day for their 99 cent coffee special. I grabbed snacks and even ordered food to go. The hotel was clean, and I must say, very secure. Your hotel key was needed all the time. I personally booked for the laundry service on premise. Traveling weekly, I need to keep up. Overall staff was friendly, area was safe, and the room was comfortable. My biggest disappointment was that there was no blow dryer.

This hotel has cockroaches. I left after two days and was supposed to stay a month. Bugs were coming out of the walls. On the floor, counters, and tables. Even in the bathroom. Told the hotel they had a cockroach infestation and they lied and said they don’t have bugs but they do. I even changed rooms twice, stayed in one room a night then another room and still found more cockroaches in the room. Pictures are attached of the cockroaches I killed in the room.

The room was basic but very clean; perfect for my short work trip. Staff was accommodating and building was clean too. Also, I had no issue finding parking.

This is a long term stay hotel as well as short term. Overall the hotel and room were very clean, probably one of the cleaner hotels I’ve stayed in at this price point. I would recommend staying here.

The motel allows you to keep your dog with you. Lots of space for them to go outside.

Very clean in and out (every morning there was someone cleaning the trash/butts out of the parking lot/driveway.Dislike's: the free wifi is slow (you can purchase better if you would like), the walls are kind of thin (can hear your neighbor if the TV is off), the elevator always smelled like cigarette smoke.
