Nice stay

Comfortable and clean

Stay was pleasant.

The only problems we encountered was the TV activation process was so complicated in the room, we had to call a technician for assistance. The hotel should provide written instructions for every room - not a biggy, but very important. The other situation was the lack of water pressure in the bathroom sink...it was almost non existent, however the shower water pressure seemed normal. The bathroom sink water nozzle obviously needed checked and cleaned to restore the pressure. Other than these two small items, the stay was excellent. The breakfast everyday was great!

Everything was really nice. My only complaint is the restroom was not clean. There were globs of toothpaste in the sink and the tub was dirty with grim and hair.

This hotel was clean, and it smelled really good. Breakfast was great, more choices then and average hotel. Everyone was very friendly.

Front desk or any other employee(with the exception of 1) were amazing. We had a larger family group with 5 different rooms. They offered us use of the lobby to gather and play games. The outdoor seating area was also perfect for our loud bunch! Room AC didn’t cool. Front desk attendant sent maintenance right away and then offered a fan or a room change. Next room was wonderful! Sat morning breakfast attendant was amazing. She was very friendly, attentive, and wore gloves and upheld sanitary conditions. Sun morning attendant was a young gentleman who was RUDE, didn’t wear gloves, used his bare hands to push down the trash and then restocked the bread box. He also used same rag to wipe floors then tables and counters.

Check in was advertised as 3:00 pm, we arrived at 5:00 pm and was told our room was not ready. Staff stated that the room would be ready in 20 to 30 minutes. At 7:00 pm we received a call stating our room was finally ready. When we asked about any discount or consideration for the ridiculously delayed check-in, we were told that since we booked through a 3rd party (Expedia) nothing could be done.

The young lady working the desk was super friendly and kind and helpful.

All was great till the day before our check out we did not get room services we had no towels nor toilet paper beds we not made trash was not picked up. Called front desk all they said you can come pick up towels at the different we went we just got bath guy back to the room and had to go back to get hand towels, floor towel

Hot water was not enough for one shower. There was not different options for coffee, only Bold. Breakfast was boring.

Easy location, close to lots of dining options, clean rooms, like thst the rooms had fridge and a microwave! Did not like that the breakfast included ended at 9 am! 9!!! That is way to early end a breakfast! Not everyone wants to wake up by 8am to get down to breakfast while on vacation! It should have been till 10am!

The bathroom was short of toiletries. We decided to stay the night because we had a long drive ahead of us, was very disappointed that there wasn’t parking for larger vehicles, such as RVs. Staff was really friendly and helpful and the room was overall clean. I would stay again Without a larger vehicle.

The shower was dirty so we had to clean it before we used it. The comforter was dirty, like someone wiped their makeup off on it and I hope it was chocolate smeared all over it. They charged me $105 over what I booked it for in hotels.com. No creamer rather for my morning coffee. Had to go somewhere else for breakfast.

Up to the usual standard of Marriott, clean and kept up. Room is a bit small. Don’t like to have no option for sitting unless you sit on the bed.
