We only stayed one night, Phuket was just a stopover on the way the am island. The hotel was clean and modern. Our room was clea . Breakfast was good. The drain in our shower didn’t work at all and it flooded our bathroom. I tried 2x to explain to the front desk so it could be fixed before the next guest but the language barrier was difficult and I’m fairly sure he didn’t understand.

The room design very unique and nice, the restaurant staff very handful but reception a bit different from I expected may be because of late checkin at 10pm.

I booked this hotel in order to be near by the mall therefore it was good enough, otherwise you probably have nothing to do in this area..

We loved your hotel! Service was wonderful and the rooms were beautiful! Only small complaint was some of the dishes at breakfast were very cold. But overall our stay was amazing. Will definitely visit again 💕😊

So far so good, worth the price

Pros: Nice appearance from outside, heavy use of marble and white rocks. The general color style is white and blue, which is the classic indicator for cleanness. And it is clean indeed. Breakfast is standard budget 4-star hotel level. Location really close to Weekend Night Market, within walking distance to King Power duty free, acceptable walking distance to Central Festival shopping mall. Cons: However, the air conditioner is too loud, either the outdoor unit or the indoor unit is too loud for anybody. On the first day of our stay, our room is just beside the outdoor unit, which runs for cooling the whole building, sound volume 60db+. But we were too tired so gratefully it didn't make too much trouble for us. But we still changed our room to another room far away from the outdoor unit and thought noise affair could be all set. Unfortunately, the indoor unit is running at volume around 45DB, even at the lowest fan speed. Other: Hotel personnel are responsible stewards and will go through all essential standard procedure for different scenarios. But I would still say, I can not feel any hospitality from them. Hospitality can be trained and can be standardized. Look at Starwood, Marriott, Hyatt. Learn how they train their employees to make guests feel welcomed with delights. It can be trained.

Second time staying and I love this hotel. The immediate location is not resort-like but that suits me, it is great value luxury in a convenient location especially if you have a rental car. This time I really enjoyed the pool.

Not a pleasant stay due to many reason. A bit frustrating for the whole stay....

Hotel was really nice. And really close to the weekend night markets which I highly recommend going to!! Other than that it’s located pretty far away from everything. And it’s surrounded by stinky city. The hotel it’s self was like an oasis amongst it all. Really perfect if you just want to stay the weekend to do the markets which are a 5 minute walk away.

The room was very small but neat....Staff from the bar/restaurant area was very friendly and accommodating. They made our stay very pleasant. Hotel is very close to the night market which is a plus.

Big bed, new toilet. Very basic, no frills. China tourists who leave early morning and noisy. Poor breakfast. Out of the way, not convenient if you don’t self drive.

The rooms are loaded with basic amenities, clean and very comfortable. Rooms are bit small but have balcony. The buffet was really good and had wide variety of foods. The food is really tasty in hotel restaurant. Giving it 5 stars because of excellent service. Smiling and very good staff at hotel. See you again! Thanks

Lovely Boutique Hotel on a busy road in Phuket Town. Very quiet despite the location. Set right back from the road. Beautiful design. Great service. We had a gorgeous suite with a bath on the balcony. Very novel. The room service was excellent and the Pool and grounds were perfectly kept. Couldnt recommend this Hotel more if you want to stay away from the Beach area or need to be near the the Hospitals.

Room is small and location is not good. When you go anywhere, you should use Taxi. But i feel totally reasonable because of the price.

lovely pool, simple rooms, very clean. Hotel is close to Central Shopping Mall but not close to any beach

The hotel was very clean with nice and friendly staff. It lays on the nicer part of the island next to Phuet town so if you want a hotel next to a beach this isn't the one. Be prepared for a very small rooms.

This hotel was even nicer than the pictures! Staff was very friendly and food excellent. Travel to town required taxi but the weekend market is 2 block walk and highly recommend!
